Hi, I ordered a toto parlay and was shocked when it was confirmed. I ordered it at 1.39, with the individual legs at 1.27 (Anadolu Efes) and 1.12 (Putinseva) The 1.27 (Efes) was prematch odds. So, how did this get confirmed at 1.22? It should have at least been 1.35!!! Not to mention, Putinseva was -1000 while her competitor was +265, which is completely unfair odds! I made toto parlay with you guys....I've emailed you guys but haven't gotten a response...the wagers were over 1.5 in West Brom and Swansea Draw no bet...the wager doesn't get confirmed by you guys until 80 plus minutes into the game when Liverpool equalizes...how is that legit?...it seems like you guys waited to confirm it until I had the best chance of losing..

Yup I checked to make sure and it wasn't confirmed when Swansea was up 1-0...nothing...I look back after its 2-1 Liverpool and confirmed...shady.. |

Your bets were confirmed instantly as soon as they were received, but there was a problem with our website, it did not display the confirmation for a short period. Our automated betting system is separated from the website. It was working properly and processed all bets normally but due to a technical problem it could not update the website with the status of new confirmed bets for a short period while you placed your bets. It's important to note that your bets were confirmed instantly and had they won they would have been paid out automatically at the completion of the game. Regardless, we went ahead and refunded your bets. Meanwhile this problem has now been fixed. We apology for the inconvenience caused.
