I just saw that the estimated next difficulty was about 15 after 2 more blocks. Then the difficulty is at 19 again and not 15.. and now the next estimated difficulty after 470 blocks or so is 14.. But it never seems to change to 14 or 15..
Can anyone shine a light on that? I'm mining at dedicatedpool.com

This is what I see at coye.bitember.com

Difficulty 19.12856887
Est Next Difficulty 14.70381094 (Change in 478 Blocks)

Yes, that's what i see, but when you keep looking at it and difficulty should go down, then suddenly the diff does not change and stays at 19 it seems, and than it says the same thing again (est next dif 15 change in 47x blocks)

Yeah... the estimates on the pool sites are just estimates.

I agree...

The estimate difficulty adjust itself based on current network hashing... The more/less hashing power the more/less estimated difficulty.

Anyway what realy matters is the network hashing when the block count down ends...

I think you have scrypt and SHA256 mixed up. Coinye is scrypt based like Litecoin, unlike Bitcoin that is SHA 256. Scrypt is a different algorithytm and for your gpu it will give some between 150-200 kh/s depending on settings and overclocking.

So they want us to believe in this coin when the official pool at http://pool.coinye.pw/ is closing down? LMAO! If they don't have faith in the coin, how do they expect us to do so?

Anybody recommend a better pool than coye.minersbest.com? They take soo long to do the confirmations. I stopped mining 10 hours ago and i'm still waiting for confirmations! I was thinking about coye.dedicatedpool.com but i'm not happy with their 2% fee. When you're only mining with a mid range card - every bit helps! If I had some 20 high end GPU rig then it wouldnt matter! So good 1% pool with fast confirmations please!

Thanks for your reply, any help on this, is more then welcome.
I am using Guiminer and mining from dedicatedpool right now.
Guiminer says i have around 4.5 Mhash/s in the display.
I see no settings for my AMD RAdeon but it'is working with my I7 core 8 with all 8 cores selected.
I now have 12 shares in a few hours. But I think ( up till now ) that is minor.... Embarrassed
