Someone please explain me the following concerning the signatures. And there we go... I am so pissed off right now! I know this is all crap, but... If I'm in Serbia then for him to sue me (if I open an exchange) he would need to sue me in my country (since I don't care about not being able to go to USA ever), right? And he won all of those cases against him due to the fact that he was sued in USA and because of the first amendment, right? That would basically mean that if he sues me in my country I can sue him in MY country, right? And if people in Serbia sue him for that Jesus stuff he is playing, trust me, it would be like people from any muslim country suing somebody for insulting Muhammad... As time passes by I'm starting more and more to believe that all of this is just one big SCAM! And if I don't get my coins from crycurex I will be 100% sure and will think of something that will put an end to all this crap!

Simple fact is Mr West DOES NOT own the intellectual rights to the name COYE or COINYE. These names have also been removed as a reference to him by removing the West from the name.
This means that he now has NO legal right what so ever to sue or block the use of a coin with these names.
Continue using it and stick 2 fingers up at this jumped up layer who is pushing his luck and knows damn well he would lose in a court or law in any country.

I agree with you, but lawyers don't have a problem with convincing a court of law this is plagiarism/infringement simple because it derives from Kanye

Where does it say the layers are going to sue it doesn't. They know they cannot sue for someone using the name cote so what they state in the letter is.. We will tell the crypto community lol. The initial letters that went out when the coin was coiyne west were threatening court action which they had a right to do. Now that its called just coinye it has separated itself and they know this. So now they know they cannot use court action so they are trying to scare people.

COYE --> KOIN or KOYE or thinks like that...

All legally sound then and we get on with mining and trading

Someone please explain me the following concerning the signatures. Good find dude...you and the community are why cryptos in general are so great. Bottom line, this coin is either doomed to a miserable scam death or will continue its pursuit of eternal life (and suffering....as Yeezus would say)! Either way, the drama is certainly entertaining.
