I think the best idea so far is to rename it KOI. It even sounds nice phonetically.... KOI Coin. It rolls off the tongue nicely. And it's name is conveniently 3 letters, perfect for listing on an exchange.

Plus that logo someone did up looks badass! A samurai wielding Koi fish?! Yes, please!

Second, KOI coin is completely retarded. The price of this coin depends on demand and real demand comes from OUTSIDE the crypto community (like DOGE). Coinye brought lots of attention to the coin and people who know who Kanye is want to buy it (especially with the extra link to south park through the gay fish image). KOI is just stupid, nobody outside will want to buy it and we lose all the media hype we got. In fact, very few people INSIDE the community will want to buy it (I know if it was ever officially changed to this, I am dumping everything and getting out of the coin. It will have no future).

I'd rather hold my COYE until the lawsuit gets dropped (since there's no legal standing for kanye here) than change it to KOI. Also, if you think kanye will drop the lawsuit just cause we do one more change you obviously don't know the type of asshole idiot the man is. His suit is already the biggest joke ever, it's a small step to make it into a slightly bigger joke.

I completely agree that we need a major exchange to take this for it to fly, I have been saying this for a while now in my previous posts. But I believe that this will occur once the lawsuit is dropped not cause we change the coin but because a judge eventually throws it out as stupid.

KOI has no hype, I'm not sure what you're talking about...go to google news and type in coinye, then type in koicoin or KOI or koi coin and see what comes up. KOI will wither and die.

BTC-e doesn't even take DOGE (the 7th highest market cap coin out there). They are arguably the most restrictive of all the exchanges. I'd say coinedup or coinex or something is our best bet. We MIGHT be able to convince them to take coinye eventually.
