For me and my 40 kh is it ok there.

Your hashrate is so low that once that pool finds a block your cut will be ZERO. I wourld recommend http://p2pool.neocities.org/ as the longer you mine the more you will receive onces the group finds a block.  Although it will still be very small.

cgminer --scrypt -o http://yourpool.com:port -u username.worker -p password --thread-concurrency 24000 -I 20 -g 1 -w 256

i personally think p2p pools suck...if you're looking for a small pool i would recommend 42.n0nplusultra.net i try to stick to n0nplusultra because the admin is a really nice guy and i like the concept...
