42-qt won't start in server mode.  It won't start out of CMD prompt.  It runs fine when launched from Windows but I would like to solo mine.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Bitcoin=Gold
Litecoin=Silver
Namecoin= Bronze

42coin=Platinum?

These are new coins and may decline. With the exception of Doge the older ones may be more interesting as a long term investement: Franko, Fastcoin, Megacoin..

And 42coin, is a quite well premined coin:10000 blocks (5 full day premined). You can see the issue in the sources:

    int64 nSubsidy = 0.000042 * COIN;
....
    if(nHeight == 1)
    {
       nSubsidy = 0.42 * COIN;
        }

This one is quite useless...

looking at the developer's post history he defined Instamining and I presumed he defined a way to present it which I figured would make for better early distribution, I gather you feel it wont fly because he has 10,000 blocks of premined coins under his belt.

Premined Coins are an Issue as long they are "under his belt" like he said.
But if there would be transperency about how much is for promotion and how
much will stay "under his belt".
At that point the developers can show us how much transperency they show to public and specially to the supporters of 42coin?

they do a lot for promotion. i get some coins for promotion too and i will use the to promote the coin in Germany. We are on a early state of the coin. just wait and promote the coin if you believe in it. i do belive in it...

What's wrong with you?Huh? Nobody made you mine this coin. There are other great coins to be mined. Go there.
Such negativity towards this coin...

looks like somebody who was upset they didn't buy doge when it was 25, and now wants 42 to go low to buy it. would be my suspicion from behavior patterns in multiple threads. Usually haters do not go into photoshop and such. That is for people with more of a direct agenda. *shrugs*

so like I said long time ago... when this coin was invented from nothing..., ON WHAT BASE DO YOU MAKE IT LIKE 1000BTC/1 coin ?

-because it is rare? how`s that?... no one can copy it and paste it with another name... make it even more rare?

-even a 14 year old kid can compile some free sources....that is why we have so many F*cking clones... and so many scams... pump and dumps...

-BTC has stugled 4-5 years to be HERE at ~800$.... and you think that after night you can make something better .... 1000x times better?

-there is some saying into my culture... maybe in more of them:   `you are good, but you are not wanted`

-so let US... the ``rats`` to make it`s price !....from buying and selling

any way... the developer has complited his dream to became a milioanare over ``night``.... and we... many ``rats`` have fullfilled his dream... and many others dreams!

good luck with that!

ps: i`M SICK OF ANY OTHER CLONE, ALT COIN...THAT DOES NOT HAVE NOTHING ABOVE WHAT WE HAVE NOW....WE NEED SOMETHING THAT WE WILL USE 5 EVEN 10-15 YEARS FROM NOW... CAN YOU THINK OF THAT?
-ANSWER I THINK IS NO...

Hi,

please join my Pool. We need some miners.
At the moment the hastrate is low and we can mine a lot of 42 Coins.

We are one of the first 42 Pools and support this coin a lot in Germany.
I love this coin and hope some miners will join our Pool.
