Vote For Payment Processor Adoption!!

https://www.coinpayments.net/vote

I know, it sucks. You have to pay a measly .001 BTC (around .50 USD) to vote. However, we have no way for major merchants to easily adopt VTC for payments.
The reason there are so many "unworthy" coins in comparison to VTC is because of a new owner. Coinpayment's original owner/operator added any crap coin. Later, the website was sold to a trusted btctalk.org member.
He (new owner) seems to have adopted a voting system that also contributed towards the processor. I've seen much greater demands for coin adoption on various crypto services.
If implemented into coinpayment's processor, hundreds-if not-thousands of merchants can effortlessly accept VTC.

We are tied for first at the moment! Don't let Vertan's votes go to waste! Let's get a nice lead and win this, finally!!!

Just copy-pasting from the Vertcoin FB page:
Coming soon, merged-mining on the VTC chain. This is a development the Vertcoin devs are putting into effect so that they can test new features regularly. It should herald the development of many new features.
The simplest way to explain this is that you will mine for this new merged coin, which is being called monoclecoin, and while mining for monoclecoin you will also simultaneously be mining for Vertcoin. This is a very exciting development in the cryptocurrency world as it will pave the way for Vertcoin being the central blockchain and other coins merge-mined from that blockchain, thus instead of 10,000 scrypt-N clones, new Scrypt-N coins could sidechain off of Vertcoin.
This is going to be huge, folks, no official release date on this, but expect to be able to mine monoclecoin well before the summer rolls around. Monocle coin will only have about ~8M coins.
check the big VTC thread on bitcointalk.org to read through early chatter about this if you're interested.

Im super excited, brb buying more.

I'm not sure if you are allowed, or what preventive "double-voting" measures are taken.

I paid twice, surely that is allowed right? It's not as though I'm double-voting but only paying once.

Edit:

Oh fuck never mind. At least I voted once.

I was going to vote but when I went to bter to transfer a vertcoin into btc and then tried to withdraw that .002 btc to the coinpayments.net address i was told from bter that the minimum btc i could withdraw was .01. Unfortunately i'm not in a position to withdraw that much I apologize Sad

Disregard above statement, i'm in a competitive mode now. I didn't want to go through the hassle before but screw it, I'm going back to my moolah.ch account, withdrawing 5 verts to my bter account, then going to transfer it all into btc and withdraw it all to my blockchain.info account and finally send the .002 into the coinpayment website to vote for us....We better win this!
