I am not sure that if one year is going to be sufficient enough for there to be a moon in the altcoins, there is still a long way to go and judging by the past markets then there is probably a couple of years that this bear market is going to last before we see another moon in the coins. Huboi looks like a good bet, similar to binance and much lower priced.

Houbi are thieves.  I would stay away from them.  They have an unwritten rule that limits the amount of tokens you can withdraw each year.  I hit my limit and they froze the funds.  I am unable to take the funds out until the time passes to get me back under the yearly limit.  I was given an email address and told to speak with them.  All my emails were ignored.

I am not sure that it is best strategy. Just hold till time when you make a good profit. You even can create an order and wait when it will selled. But also you need to scan a news and sell even lower when it will show that price will be less.
