Why even bother changing the mining algo.. this coins has a few other problems .

What a waste, this coin showed such promise. 

 Seems to me a lot of these new coins go the same way - Developer claims he/she is moving house/broken legs/car accident etc etc

They clearly make their money at the start with the pre-mine, then disappear, stringing us mugs along for a while by drip feeding us with 'exciting announcements' and 'pending updates'

Big shame, I feel especially bad for the genuine people - Captain Hook to name one, who have tried their best

You do know Captainhook was the only person with the premine and the person who got btc from IPO'ing premine? He also broke his leg when the coin was not doing so good. So maybe if you used your brains a bit you would realize the only winner here was Captainhook even though he was a small winner.

Anything is possible in the programming world. I think with a modified chechpoint system it could probably be done.

One of two possibilities that I can think of.

A) The dev quietly exited and has no plans on coming back

B) The dev is hard at work with something so big the FUD right now doesn't even matter

Hopefully it's the latter but who knows at this point.

It appears Captainhook scammed the team and community, well he doesn't have to worry because no one knows who he is and poor Bigridg7 even gave up his identity. I just want to say thanks to Ryan for making the effort even though Captainhook turned out to be a scumbag.

iCoin is for the taking if anyone wants it but who knows how much of the premine Captainhook still has? Did everyone receive the IPO funds, if you did try find a developer willing to take the coin over. It was my plan to create a new iCoin but I don't know if it will ever recover. 1st Impressions last.

Can't believe all this potential is being wasted. iCoin really has the name and looks to go mainstream. If there should be a need for a new team, what would be their incentive? We could donate iCoins, but their current value is not much. Maybe some whale team might target iCoin on their p&d operation, that would spring a little life into this.

In the workd of crypto nothing surprises me, but to have a name like this coin and it flatlines, dissapoints me.
