Even those that aren't mining? If I have some iCoins on an older wallet, will I lose them if I don't install the new one?
And how to transfer them from the old one to the new one?

You will be unaffected as far as receiving and storing your coins as they are tied to your wallet address. However, you will want to upgrade your wallet before you send any coins. You don't transfer any coins when you upgrade the wallet, the new wallet will read your wallet.dat file that has your coins in it.

I didn't have to register, I just input F/L name and email and it sent me on through. I think they just have the email field to eliminate duplicate votes on behalf of bots or people who just create gmails at will. Likewise with the IP pickups and the .001 BTC donation. Haha, damn they really thought this one through!

Upon reading their last voting poll, it looked like LottoCoin tried to fake about 300 votes with bots, so it seems they're doing things much differently this time around.

I'm not sure as to the accuracy behind that statement. I believe you must donate the .001 BTC for the vote to count, as you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that the transaction processed and the vote has counted.

We announce giveaways and promos in our ANN post on page 1 of this thread and we also try to communicate them throughout social media as well. However, as mentioned the forums do frown upon posting giveaway threads here, so if you could please PM me or visit our Facebook page to leave wallet addresses in the instance of a giveawy, that may prove to be a better option.

Dev update:

We now have a working android wallet that is going through further testing at the moment, we won't be launching it until the Kimoto Gravity change has taken place
and we done further testing.
