Hello, i have question about digiexplorer. I found on digiexlorer within 2 minutes was mined 30+ blocks and 3 block have same number. Can someone explain me how is this possible? Here is screen: https://i.imgsafe.org/46de072867.pngBlocks appear to be coming in faster then before. Over 10000 blocks in 2 days.

some very big miners throwing their weight around.
I hope it will translate into something big in the next couple of days. It's time for DGB to wake up from deep sleep.

DigiByte currently 73 in rank in coinmarketcap, Approx 2.5Million USD Market cap, value = 0.00000031 BTC 31 Satoshi...
This should increase as ATH is 156 satoshi which happened on march 20, 2016.
Almost 1 year.
DGB owner , developers we all need proper updates. Please keep us updated
Thanks.

Yeah if devs give out a good update during these times of uncertainty for bitcoin I'm sure DGB will break the old ATH and eventually double from there, especially with a lot of money pouring into alts as it's happening now.

With a block being found on average every 15s, 2 days of blocks would be 11520 blocks so everything seems to be ok with that. Where the chain sees more than one instance of a block being found, where more than one miner seems to find a block at the same time, it is called an insight error and two of them in this case will be orphaned off within the next 100 blocks when consensus of the network decides which is the longest chain and that will win out.

Thanks, every 174 days 1 million new blocks added. 2 million a year. Dgb must be in top 3 longest blockchains.

You might think it's quite in here but I cant read posts fast enough on telegram. Segwit could be active in little over a week on DGB if 70% of miners signal it! https://t.me/DigiByteCoin

DGB is only coin from old and big ones which didn't see heavy pump yet in fresh trend. If my point of view isn't too much then in my opinion this is next coin which will be in eyes of whales to take it few times up. Usually low priced coins give good and quick profit because of flexibility.

The plain simple truth is that the DigiByte community would have been happy enough to mainly use only bitcoin talk but important posts go missing, links break and nobody feels this is anything like a level playing field…….so sorry about that!

Jared, Can you please fix the "Ubuntu Build" Section This is not correct: sudo apt-get install build-essential sudo apt-get install libtool autotools-dev autoconf sudo apt-get install libssl-dev Also adding "libdb++-dev" as a dependency will work for Ubuntu users. Another problem arises as follow: error: invalid application of ‘sizeof’ to incomplete type ‘boost::STATIC_ASSERTION_FAILURE<false> To fix this, we may need to apply the change in the following link: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/commit/8b08d95You may also have an issue with Berkeley DB 4.8 version it has to be. When you configure, you may use (./configure CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.8/include -O2" LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.8/lib"). If Berkeley DB 4.8 is not installed, then use this link to do so: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/3686Update-1: YES, changing to "const CScriptID& hash = boost::get<CScriptID>(address);" has fixed the problems met at rpcrawtransaction.o compiling. Get() function in boost library only looks for the value of the variable, not the value at the pointed address. So now I have successfully compiled the git repository of DigiByte under Ubuntu 16.04 -- 64 bits, while meeting the issues listed above. I will provide more details if I got any issues at the application side. Update-2: Then, I got the nodes from Jumbley's post: Thanks. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408268.msg18243472#msg18243472Letting sync now.
