Got a dirty wallet up and you know what? It doesn't seem very dirty.
DigiByte the people’s coin. Could this really be everything, everyone had been wishing bitcoin would be?

It’s so good; some people don’t want its price to increase because they know it will!  Wink

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Hi, is there a possibility for digibyte gaming to work with hearthstone in the near future?

DigiByte needs more serious projects, which will gather interests from famous leaders.
Getting them on-board will also create an amazing awareness and price can take off.

Otherwise, this coin neither dies nor provides any benefit to anybody, it can just get lost in the dark sooner or later, considering a lot of NEW coins with cool projects are coming into the market.

UPDATE: MARKET Matters. Look at XBC, nearly +%2000, but it is the shittiest coin at polo.

I was expecting a flash pump on DGB like XBC, but a steady increase like DCR is even better.

Steady is better indeed. I bought so many dgb during its fall, my heart would not survive the thrill of a pump. :-D

DGB is clearly at the top of the list of the coins that least fell back from their highs. It's only 10% off its recent high of over a 180% gain, and still in a clear uptrend. Not bad at all. The majority of the pumps have falling back at least 50% (most of yesterday's big green is today's big red).

But hey, that was still a very solid wave of "across the board" buying even if they have fallen back.

Crypto is close to going primetime, and the question now becomes: are you ready for primetime?

Was expecting some spam of another coin behind the link but it is a topic about trading in general. Interesting post there.

DGB has indeed been a stable riser. If you account in dollar value it was probably one of the most stable coins around. The rise of the last few days went slowly but surely. I think at least 60 should be in the not too distant future.

How many transaction can dgb handle per minute?

1-3 second transaction notifications. 15 second DigiByte blocks. DigiBytes are confirmed after 1.5 minutes.
the speedy 300+ transaction per second. Future DigiByte upgrades will push transaction limit to several thousand per second.

By the looks of the activity in this thread, this coin looks to be about as dead as they can get. On the other hand, the basic "services" like the blockchain explorer continue humming along so the person experienced enough can see that it's not as dead as this thread makes it look. Then there are coins out there with broken block explorers, others with zero payouts, others just complete scams, etc. that are flying simply because they have active Bitcointalk forums.

Not all that glitters is gold, but it sure attracts attention!

And if what you've got really is gold, why are you neglecting it? Why aren't you promoting it with everything you've got? Why is this community not pounding home to the world every minute of every day the 1000:1 BTC:DGB ratio?  . . . just to name one example of one of the many things that could be continually talked about . . .

I understand that DGB is trying to activate segwit.. where can I see the progress of signalling ?
You can't see that just yet because DigiByte 6.14.1 has not been set free into the wild just yet. a dirty copy of it is being tested within the community so keep watching this space, news will be posted here, if I know about it.  Wink

I prefer to see it as the silence before the storm.

DGB has the potential to be vastly more useful in real world transaction processing than BTC that is now deadlocked at 5 transactions per second.

"Just a quick update for everyone, we are working through a slight mining bug in one of the algos during soft fork process.  This doesn't effect any normal wallet functions in test wallet released. Once we are 100% confident in a smooth transition we will do an official release of 6.14.1. Thank you to all those helping us test!"

5.   importprivkey "digibyteprivkey" ( "label" ) ( rescan )

That’s my best guess!
