who is this article by? I see scaremongering with little or even no evidence to back any of it up. I don't see how it is a better or more correct source of information, like you say it is. I was never convinced that your concerns were totally unfounded but this cannot be your foundation.

Seriously, I’m not really that biased. Someone has to actually put segwit into real use so that the flaws, exploits can be uncovered and patched in the real world if possible. This technology needs to be explored and not left as an untested theory. That does mean there is significant risk to be taken, this is true for all crypto in general. Our developers wish to exploit smart contracts on the DigiByte chain using segwit and if we reach activation, there probably isn’t a better place to identify the impact on user resources. I’m not advocating taking unnecessary risks but we are not just a clone of anything else, we are a frontier of this technology.

A lot of FUD going on here. It all seems a bit unsubstantiated, so I just see it as a way to keep this thread current. I do always wonder why people do this. Did you lose money in the past? Are you betting on some other coin and try to divert investment money from this coin? Or are you, and this scenario seems unlikely , a savior that wants to save all the poor investors here?

Other coins don't go bragging about updates that are copied from other coins. That is the difference.

You did not respond on my question about your intentions... Just know that what goes around comes around. Spreading negativity makes no sense in the innovative sphere we're in. DGB has been going on for a while and has some credibility behind it, so cut them some slack. You're just giving the impression of being a fudder that keeps repeating the same argument without listening to others.

I've been mining for like a week now.. havent had any issues. I had a pay out from my pool come into my wallett and I noticed that it was in pending for a VERY long time. It never confirmed. So after an hour I restart my wallet and the information icon in my transactions says its 'conflicted' Wheres my coins?!?!

It's not that surprising. There would be an almost direct relationship to the install of 6.14.2 wallets since segwit flagging is the default setting.

cryptmebro posted the manual instructions to disable flagging for segwit a few days ago, but it looks as though nobody's interested in doing that. Looks like almost everyone wants segwit and that 70% will be here fast. Perhaps with as few as 71% of wallets upgraded?

It appears as someone is trying to pull a fast one on the community. If you do not support segwit, you will have to manually disable flagging for segwit in versionbits.cpp, and possibly versionbits.h

Get up above that, and the "other possibility" gets much more likely. Very healthy price action in general. There looks to be a clear absence of "whales" and P&Ders. In my opinion the price rise is very organic looking (which means 'look out' because when the whales get to the game late, things can really light up).

same happened with me, this cases because small fee of transaction, you need to change that or upgrade to new wallet

You will need more patient with your price target, hitting 150 sat will probably take sometime. Unless there's a big news coming.
