Just to confirm , whats the rollover requirements again ?
Accounts funded solely from free voucher credits and bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal unless you have deposited a cash or BTC amount equal or greater than the total of free credits and bonuses, then wagered the total combined amount according to our wager/rollover requirements. There is a limit of ONE voucher per person. The rollover requirements require that you place a minimum of 20 wagers in the sports book, casino or a mixture of both the sportsbook and casino with a minimum of 10 sportsbook wagers and the total value of your wagers must be three times your deposit and bonus amount in order to withdraw the bonus. Keep in mind, we also have match bonuses up to 200% for actual cash and bitcoin deposits. Thanks

So wouldn't that mean to withdraw you would have to do multiple deposits...
Voucher = $50 Deposit = $X + $X x2 (200% bonus)
This means you would have to deposit ($X x2) again to be eligible to withdraw anything?

In order to eliminate the confusion over vouchers, over the next couple hours we are going to eliminate the voucher system and implement a coupon system instead, that will credit accounts with various bonuses for making deposits. That way there will be no confusion about withdrawing voucher-based funds. I will post an update soon.

If I ever do not respond, you can get a faster response by emailing support@coinbet.ccWe are still working on the mobile compatibility issue, but some games are working via mobile now

It can take a little while for our system to verify results and settle up accordingly. Please be patient. ------ Due to voucher abuse, as well as the subsequent confusion associated with our voucher system, we have replaced our voucher program with a coupon program and eliminated the previous voucher credits without any qualifying deposits. Anyone who would like to use our new coupon codes when making a deposit, please post in this thread and I'll PM you a coupon code ASAP. Thanks!

I can't believe this. I had over $700 in my account and you totally erased it. I was planning on making a deposit too! I can't believe you would do that. Yesterday I was told I could make a deposit and today you totally change your mind. I can't recommend a book that does that.
I can see stopping the vouchers but not just erasing people's money!

No money was erased, only voucher credits. This was something that had to be done due to the few people abusing the voucher system. Please do not misrepresent this. Also, any voucher credits that were reset can be replenished using the coupon codes that were implemented today. If you email support@coinbet.cc we will give you further information on reclaiming any erased voucher credits, plus an additional $100. Thanks.

Well the point being that as of yesterday the rules were one thing and now they are different. Yesterday I had to deposit an amount and roll it over to withdraw and today it's a lot more
More than voucher credits were erased you erased my winnings!

We've emailed you information on how to reclaim your previous account balance. Like I said, it's unfortunate that we had to terminate the voucher program and credits associated with it, but this was necessary due to the rampant abuse of the system by a small group of scammers. Personally, I wish it didn't come to that, but some people are intent on abusing the system to their advantage then crying foul when they are unable to get away with it. Please note too that we did not terminate any credits or bonuses associated with actual "real money" deposits - only people who only used the vouchers and nothing more. No actual funds were eliminated during this process.

I opened an account and didn't use a voucher. I deposited $27 just to try it out. I lost that $27 and then picked up the $54 first deposit bonus. I checked the transactions page and it stated that for me to withdraw I had to hit the $2000 plus rollover requirement. Fair enough. I used that $54 and actually was able to meet the rollover requirement. I went to cash out and was told that I had to deposit $54 to match my bonus and then hit the rollover requirement again? This doesn't seem right. I understand the rollover and it being so high to encourage and reward people for playing. I feel like I'm not being treated fairly though. I already met the rollover requirement but am not allowed to withdraw. Bonuses should be bonuses, and I completely agree that getting a payout on them should be difficult. But, I went through that difficulty, got lucky, and now am being told I have to deposit an amount equal to the bounus and then I have to risk it all again to hit the rollover requirement? That isn't right.
*EDIT* - I see that according to the Terms and Conditions I have to have purchased at least $50 USD to be able to withdraw. I have sent funds to match my bonus and will make a few bets. I still don't think it's fair that I have to meet the rollover requirements AGAIN.
*2nd EDIT* - Please see the positive resolution below!
Thanks!

You're right, that's not correct. Please email support@coinbet.cc with your account username and the date of the initial deposit and I'll make sure your transaction is processed. It sounds like we thought you were referring to an account funded by voucher. Sorry about that! EDIT: Your withdrawal has been processed! Sorry about the mix up, there's multiple accounts on your IP (you explained why privately, thanks) which caused the confusion.

daijess, same thing for me... I wonder if they take their players seriously, they are REALLY VAGUE about VOUCHER and BONUSES.
In all site or almost, all you have to do to take a bonuse, is to do the rollover, but they, give you 200% bonus. Which mean : deposit 10, claim 20. do the rollover : sorry you can't withdraw. You have to deposit 20. then do the rollover AGAIN. Now MAYBE you CAN.. Or just give a 100% bonus? So players don't have to deposit 2.Times, and do a rollover 2 times ?
DID anyone used their "live support" ?
