Honestly I think someone at support is a little off on their emails. The FAQ very clearly states and it has been confirmed here that you need to wager 20 times at book AFTER you made your total deposit (wager any amount) plus you need to rollover your total amount (voucher plus deposit plus bonus) three times.

I think i got ignored , i asked for a withdraw yesterday and the support told me i have to made a deposit and i reply with how much i need to deposit

We've told you several times now that you need to deposit an amount equal to the vouchers and bonuses you claimed, then, with the total amount, follow our wager and rollover requirements. That is only if you want to keep the voucher-credited funds. If you do not wish to keep the voucher funds, then you can deposit whatever you like or nothing at all. It's up to you. Actual funds deposited are not subject to these requirements, only voucher and bonus credits.

You sent your request in the middle of the night. The withdrawal has now been processed as of 8:02am pacific time.

Thanks.

I had an issue with BTC deposit as well.  It did eventually get fixed but I had to e-mail them and tell them I had deposited BTC.  Then, there was another issue, which is that I deposit .06 BTC which, at their rate, was about $55, but they only credited my account with $50 flat.  That really does need to change, they need to compute it according to the exchange rate and not just guess how much it's worth!

Well the point being that as of yesterday the rules were one thing and now they are different. Yesterday I had to deposit an amount and roll it over to withdraw and today it's a lot more

More than voucher credits were erased you erased my winnings!

We've emailed you information on how to reclaim your previous account balance. Like I said, it's unfortunate that we had to terminate the voucher program and credits associated with it, but this was necessary due to the rampant abuse of the system by a small group of scammers. Personally, I wish it didn't come to that, but some people are intent on abusing the system to their advantage then crying foul when they are unable to get away with it.

Please note too that we did not terminate any credits or bonuses associated with actual "real money" deposits - only people who only used the vouchers and nothing more. No actual funds were eliminated during this process.

I've been told by support I can deposit $250 and then my account will be "restored" to $750.  Then I asked how much I would need to rollover three times to be eligible for withdrawals, and they said $1000!  Where the heck did $1000 come from?  Maybe the guy was confused and thought my account balance would be $1000?  As I see it, my voucher plus bonus plus deposit is $400, so according to the FAQ I should have to roll over $400 three times, the rest is winnings!  Nowhere does it say you have to rollover winnings to withdraw!  Man you have to get your act together over there, it's chaos right now, no one knows anything and there is no consistency.  I'd like to deposit and play but I can't get a straight answer about how much to deposit and rollover.

This is my last bet, and my account balance is $0 right now:

B60922 Straight Bet, Risk 411.00 USD, Potential Winnings: 748.76 USD Won

18 Jan 02:00   Archived - Canisius v Iona    Spread    Odds 1.82    pick: Canisius 8.0    won

You never made a deposit and all your "winnings" resulted from voucher credit. As has been stated many times now, due to voucher abuse, we have eliminated the voucher program and cancelled any credits resulting solely from voucher use. If an account used a voucher AND made a deposit, we did not eliminate any credits, but for accounts that ONLY used vouchers we are resetting the balances accordingly.

We tried to work with you on this and make an exception in your case but instead you decided to get abusive and insulting. Please refrain from patronizing our casino in the future.

-------

I deposited $50 in BTC and its already 2 confirmation still nothing on my account ...

If you sent it from an exchange, you will need to email us the TXID. Some exchanges break transactions up into smaller transactions so they need to be manually credited. We recommend sending from a wallet, not an exchange, but either way if you just email us the TXID we'll get it handled. Thanks!

You have yet to send the 100 I deposited back to the wallet it came from. You also just contacted me at work threating to kill me and my entire family for 20k USD I've contacted the police.

Okay... these are some serious accusations here. You got proof of this?

Given that this is a new account... only posting to this thread, I wonder how much of this is believable...

Well, the burden of proof is on him if you ask me, but let's see what he comes up with. So I'm assuming that he probably has a couple of alt accounts here on this forum since he had to solicit you via PM to get the voucher/coupon codes. Do you mind sharing those alts so we all can be aware? If he's trying to scam a business, I wouldn't doubt he's probably pulled a quick one or two over forum members.

This kid is ridiculous beyond belief. First of all, he keeps accusing me of contacting him, when I handle the forums and marketing, not phone support. Secondly, I know he spoke to one of our phone support reps the other night, feeding him lines upon lines of bullshit trying to excuse his terms of service violations, but he never spoke to me personally. He's just trying to excuse his own actions and scams, and get paid out money that he 100% knows he is not entitled to and knows he tried to scam out of us. We don't take kindly to scammers, and he knows he's been caught, so he's trying to make ridiculous accusations now in order to make us look bad. I'm not surprised, but seriously, accusations like that are beyond acceptable and all he's doing is making me glad we banned his MULTIPLE accounts and wish we did it sooner.

The bottom line: He violated our terms and conditions, and he knows it. Now he's reaching at straws to try to force us to pay him money to shut up.

The funniest part to this whole thing imo, is that the player/scammer/liar says he'd hire a lawyer over $100. Second, no lawyer would tell him he'd be successful in winning such a case as gambling online is still illegal unless with a regulated casino. Third of all, this kid can't be more than 15-16 years old through his comments. If there was a bag of popcorn here, it would fit the situation perfectly. Carry on.

*Calls 911*

Operator: Hello, what is your emergency?

Child: Yes hi, an online casino called CoinBet won't return the $100 I deposited with them.

Operator: Online gambling is illegal sir.

Child: Oh.

LOL! Damn, I'm an adult and I still can't muster the courage to scam! I think he believes he's entitled to the whatever thousand... what is it, 20 something? Even so, I'm sure he's not going to respond again. But I would like to know if he has any other alts on this forum. Subscribed, Tongue

I wish I could determine which forum accounts are his, but I don't know at this point. I could go back through all the PM's and posts I received though if I had to, and probably figure it out pretty easily. I can confirm though that it was NOT the account he's posting from now (Gee, I wonder why?).

What I do have is his email addresses, IP addresses, and the names he used on the site. I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing those publicly though, for obvious privacy reasons, and the fact that my job specifically forbids me from doing so. He may be a scammer, but I think our customers would prefer to know that their information is safe with us, as opposed to me going public with this idiot's info. I wish I could though.

Not to mention he agreed to our terms of service upon signing up, then blatantly violated those terms and conditions. Any lawyer he speaks to will inform him of that as well. Oh and we DID offer to refund his money. We don't feel it's right to keep any legitimate deposits, even in the case of terms violations, but that's not good enough for him. He'd rather try to extort us to try and get his illegitimate winnings. He even had other people contact us with threats via PM before he posted in here. When that didn't work, I guess he decided to post from a new account. He's really good at making new accounts on this site *and* ours, that's what got him banned in the first place. Sigh, oh well. Thankfully, my workday is almost over finally.
