Reading through this saga makes me have so many questions it's not even funny.

If I were Coinboss and everything he said was true, I would not even request my funds back, I would be pulling out the guns and looking for suspicious people. I've watched Casino and wouldn't want to end up in a shallow desert grave.

How did he scam the casino? All I see is that multiple accounts were apparently opened which violated the T&C but that is not scamming. If what he said about them zeroing out his balance is true, then he sent them 100 and turned it into 21000 then thats not scamming, he deposited real funds and won using that. Does coinbet.cc believe that he manipulated their games somehow? If so, they haven't posted that and in fact other people have posted that in the recording they acknowledge that they reviewed it and he won. If that's true then Coinbet has been caught in a lie and not the other way around.

I don't know and really this has been a fun read but exhausting at the same time.

Is there at least 2FA for withdrawal? If you must have a self-signed cert at least PGP key sign it's cert SHA1 fingerprints on your http landing page so we know it's the right one.

It means nothing is encrypted. Anybody can MITM and steal logins to drain your wallet if you use wifi or a malicious vpn, or have a malicious ISP. Worse, because they have misconfigured their SSL a malicious competitor can DOS them all day long with a renegotiation attack.

Refunding his initial, and actual, deposit is not caving to a scammer. We have no intention of stealing anyone's money. We certainly COULD keep it, if we wanted to (it's in our terms and conditions that violating the rules forfeits any account balance, regardless of where it came from), but that's not something we care to do.

I'm not going to go in to great detail, because we don't need a bunch of copycats overwhelming our security/flag system, but essentially he used multiple accounts to funnel money between one another and take advantage of our deposit match bonuses by moving money from account to account making each transfer look like a new deposit (thus qualifying for new bonuses in each account). Both having multiple accounts, as well as taking multiple bonuses that you are not entitled to, is against our terms and conditions. We might have forgiven the multiple account violation, but once he started using those accounts solely to collect the bonuses on deposits that were already given bonuses for in the previous account, it became something we were unwilling to forgive.

Apparently you don't know what you're looking at, but ok. I'm not going to explain to you why this isn't exactly true, for obvious reasons, but I will say that all transactions are handled via SSL on the payment processing agencies' end. The cert on the link you provided has nothing to do with the front end user-accessed website.

What good is only encrypting payment options when the master password to the main site is in cleartext? You can still yoink accounts and do withdraws to BTC or gamble the internal credits away. According to your faq you are not responsible for abuse due to lost or stolen passwords, which is interesting because you do absolutely nothing to protect logins for the main site. Anyways it would take you 20mins to set this up. Would you log in here if bitcointalk.org didn't use https? Would you use an email service that didn't have basic, standard TLS/SSL for registration?

No you can't. I'm not going to explain all of our security measures publicly, again for obvious reasons, but they are there. We have safeguards in place to protect our member accounts, balances, etc.
