He's not talking about losing 6 times a row but about the dealer hands, don't you see something buggy/fishy with the dealer ?
What are the complaints now? Jeez! It's already been proven that coinbet is using the same software as btwincasino ( no surprise they lied about it)! If this doesn't speak for itself, I'm not sure what does. I can also attest that the difficultly level being extremely high for the slots being only related to the free vouchers is BS because when I deposited bitcoins, the slots still weren't paying. I would be weary about playing here.

Anyone on the fence, feel free to look at this video made today: http://youtu.be/oElbJ77NbO0It appears that their software might be set a little looser than bitwincasino's was, but it is decidedly unfair. The same exploits also exist here as at bitwincasino. To the owners of this site: I'll give you the same advice I've given your predecessors who've used this software. Pick new software that looks nothing like the crap you're using, make sure it's fair, prove to us it's fair, and rebrand yourself because at this point your name is untrustworthy.

this seems like the first legitimate evidence that the software is too tight and is weighted to edge the house huge. All you other idiots filing police reports and making false claims should move out of your mothers basement (coinboss) and get jobs. to whoever posted this thanks I will keep betting on sports and stay out of the casino!
Nothing is perfect, their sportsbook is awesome, this I can attest to. Now I know the casino sucks. Thanks!!!

After speaking with management it appears they was unaware and another victim of rogue casino software, casino web scripts. They are removing the casino software immediately, if you have any complaints you would like to address feel free to file a complaint.

It's definitely never instant, and has never been instant. Speaking from experience. It was within the hour but not instant, and I checked blockchain.info to make sure.

Obviously there's been a ton of complaints about casino games on CoinBet.cc and after reviewing everything, including ALL of the complaints here, it's become quite clear to the management and the casino owners that these issues are not just isolated incidents, nor are they flukes. They are, obviously, the result of faulty software and questionable software and service providers. As such, ALL casino games with even a hint of unfairness will be removed immediately and replaced with more transparent solutions as quickly as possible. First of all, we would like to apologize to anyone who feels we did not take their complaint seriously at first. It certainly was not our intention to disregard anyone's opinion or evidence, but we also had to pass this info 'up the chain' so to speak and evaluate each complaint individually to determine whether it was legitimate or not, since it was difficult, if not impossible, for us to internally replicate some of the issues that were reported initially. Combine that with the fact that we were already dealing with voucher system abuse, people exploiting various software vulnerabilities, etc., it was difficult to determine which complaints were legit and which were not. Additionally, there was a serious issue with regards to managers and owners here being told one thing by software service providers, and another thing by actual users, and it created quite a bit of internal conflict until further evidence was gathered, since we were unable to see individual hands, spin results, and things of that nature from the backend. For that, we sincerely apologize, and we'd also like to express gratitude to those people (you know who you are) who DID provide fool-proof evidence that gave us the information needed to make these decisions to remove any unfair games. Secondly, if anyone has any suggestions as far as more transparent and fair software solutions for some of these casino games, we'd love to hear them. We are only interested in fair solutions and appreciate any tips anyone can provide. If you have a suggestion, email support@coinbet.cc with the details. Finally, our sportsbook, which obviously is not affected by these issues, will continue to operate in the meantime. We will also continue processing payouts. There may be delays on occasion, as we deal with the aforementioned issues, but payouts will continue to be handled promptly regardless. I will be back here in the coming days with an official statement from the casino owners about these issues, as well as more information about what steps have been taken to replace the faulty software with more fair and friendly solutions. It's very important to us to communicate with the community as we proceed, so we will continue to do so. We will also work to establish a fair and appreciative compensation plan for anyone negatively affected by the faulty games. This brand, and this company, are extremely important to us, and the treatment of our players is even more important. We appreciate everyone who has helped us come to this conclusion, even when done in a questionable manner. We look forward to launching a much better CoinBet v2.0 and continuing to support our sportsbook players in the meantime. Thanks.

Rarely do you see a company own their mistakes, especially in this industry. I gotta say, given the ownership of the issue, the proactive response, and offer of compensatory reward for those legitimately affected. I'm pretty impressed with these guys. That said, let's see if they follow thru, but I can say this, I've been a gambler for 22 years and online for the last 8 years. Had accounts at BetCris, Pinnacle, 5Dimes, and Bookmaker and NEVER have I made a deposit, then won, then requested and RECEIVED a cashout ALL in the same day! So, evidently they ain't perfect, and their casino software was trash BUT they are trying... As long as they keep it up with the fast payouts and good customer service, that's good enough for me! I guess I am biased because I only bet on sports anyway.

Coinbet - One recommendation. Try to be more clear about roll over requirements. You will save a lot of annoying messages from me . I had a bonus show up in my bonus screen a couple days ago and I wasn't sure what it was for or what the rollover would be so I was afraid to take it since I already had a balance. Another example of confusion: I was told during my last deposit that I could get a 100% bonus and that my roll over would be 3X as long as I wagered minimum 20 wagers in casino and sports book (minimum 10 in sports book), however in the terms of service it states 10X for a 100% bonus. I am going to trust you will stand by the 3X roll over quoted to me when I was discussing a deposit, but I still don't know what the roll over would be on that random bonus that appeared in my inbox. I find myself having to be very careful about somewhat vague rules regarding bonuses and rollover and constantly confirming with support the requirements just to cover my tracks. It's not a big headache for me, but it would save you a lot of support calls if you nailed it down a bit and were a little more clear. Maybe just add a note next to the bonus when it is credited to the account stating the roll over requirements. Other than that, my experiences with the sports book have been great. The lines you offer are very low juice which is nice. You also offer almost every tennis line I could want. In this sense, in addition to the bonuses, you have outdone bit \book, which is currently the premier bitcoin book in my opinion. I would like to see things like NBA and CBB 2nd halfs added. Since you are catering to the US market with bitcoins I don't really understand why you have live wagering on the most obscure European basketball game, but not for NBA. I briefly played in casino last night to hit my minimum 20 bets for withdraw requirement. I'm not much of a casino player ever, so I will leave others to comment. I didn't even know what I was doing but ended up winning $40 I believe. Last thing to go is to get a payout request. If that is handled smoothly I will have nothing but good things to say about the book as the casino stuff doesn't really impact me, and the bonuses for sports book have been great.

We are only interested in fair solutions and appreciate any tips anyone can provide. If you have a suggestion, email support@coinbet.cc with the details. Firstly, I apologize if my previous post seemed blunt, but I was one of the few who spent a reasonable amount of btc and time to bring forth public evidence of that software's unfairness. It's a little disheartening to see a new casino open up using the same software, as it means you think the community is stupid, or you didn't do enough research. I'm going to optimistically assume it's the latter. Expect an email with my suggestions on casino software.
