Note: Based on my own perception.

Bitcoin will surely gain the acceptance of most countries with time. Last i heard South Korea has lifted some bans about cryptocurrencies and also Kenya has installed some cryptocurrencies ATM. It is a long short but we know we are going to get there sooner or later.

Many countries think that Bitcoin is harmful for their country. They think that Bitcoin will create inflation in their country. But is that right? Will Bitcoin never get all the legitimacy?
In my opinion, bitcoin has nothing to do with the emergence of inflation in any state. States do not legalize bitcoin for other reasons. The Chinese government, for example, last September said that the crypto currency is a danger to the economy of the country, since it allows uncontrolled withdrawal of money from the country, others say that bitcoin is too risky a form of investment and is beyond control and supervision. Also refer to its greater volatility. It is because of these reasons that the legalization of bitcoin and other decentralized crypto currency is very slow.

In my country, btc is not state-backed, but not banned. Meaning: "What do you want to do, litigation I do not solve"

Bitcoin is hard to control so I think many countries are still not open to being legitimate. These countries have a centralized economy and they are used to control or monitor their currencies to control inflation and other monetary problems. It seems to be difficult to realize bitcoin to be legitimate in all countries because there are so many pros and cons to bitcoin. Each country has different thoughts and perspectives on bitcoin. We can not be that easy to force everything to have a common perspective.

I think time will come that bitcoin will be recognized someday all throughout the world and it will be legalized.

This is quite difficult to say. Because many people do not believe in Bitcoin and the government does not want Bitcoin to penetrate too much into life

It is highly unlikely that Bitcoin will be received with open arms and all countries internationally. I think that most missed the point entirely that people who are into cryptocurrency and understand its nature are not necessarily waiting or depending on that to happen to be able to call it a failure or success. the very nature of crypto is to be left unregulated and somewhat in the shadows. there are quite a few holes in entirely trusting and betting too much on bitcoin itself, as many unanswerable questions exist as far as the whales and their intentions.

In my opinion, those countries saying that bitcoin is harmful to their economy do not really know what is bitcoin and its benefits. If they will find time to explore and understand bitcoin then I know they will accept it.

Maybe some countries now have legalized Bitcoin for the eyes of the work or in the commodity trade. Because Bitcoin indirectly can make money for some people.
And also when a country has an Exchange, the tax from the Exchange can provide input to the government for the welfare of its people.

Bitcoin can not lead to inflation for the country that legalizes it. As an example we see Japan that has legalized bitcoin, does Japan currently experience inflation? Clearly bitcoin can not get legitimated in all countries, because every country has its own policy against bitcoin.

I think that not all countries will get legitimacy. Some countries is not fit to bitcoin or they know but their prioritize other things not unto bitcoin and there's a bad experience in many countries have a negative issue about BTC because of many fake news. We will know that Japan legalized bitcoin how is Japan right now so high technology, He use it bitcoin wisely and earned money because of bitcoin.

I think bitcoin won't get legitimacy in all countries specially for the countries who's not open on this kind of cryptocurrency. Or maybe it will take a very long time like maybe 10-20 years for bitcoin to be legal on the whole world.

It should be but it is impossible. Other countries have already banned it others do not, but in the first place, bitcoin should be legalize because it is profitable and make our life much easier for the convenience it brings.
