A good way to compare the price of UTC is to look at CASH which was released a week or so ago. It's got the same specs as UTC (mainly) by being pow/pos and having a very low mintage. CASH is trading at half of UTC currently and I'd expect the variance to tighten.

I love both coins though, it's a long term hold for me!

To Bumface or any other Dev,

Thinking about the stakeholder thing again, explain to me how this isn't the equivalent of a giant premine dump, at least for you?  If you had premined the entire 2 million yourself, and then sold them as soon as we were all able to mine for .0005 to willing buyers, how is this any different, from the point of view of your profitability, as a premine dump? What good are stakeholders for the rest of the community?  

I was wondering what other people you had hired to help with this coin as you only list ziggy and yourself publicly.  You listed some other positions above, including your own and ziggy's. Supposedly you hired mediators, but I haven't seen them.  Marketing team isn't seemingly doing much marketing, or at least they didn't do a ton pre-launch.  I have no idea how effective the SEO guy has been.  

Considering the situation with the launch and the stakeholder position, which seems nothing more than a quick way to enrich yourself or others as they are not obligated to actually hold a stake, it would be good for the community if you articulated what advantage allowing people to buy, from you, a large position of the coins has for this coin.  Also, a better roadmap as to what all these people you say you've hired are actually doing would be nice.  You have no roadmap.  Giving a vague reference to "fast and wonderful developments" is not helpful to you or anyone else.  

And if you really want to help this coin out, give the first real explanation of how not only proof of stake works, but how it is accomplished using this coin.  That is the only thing you have setting yourself apart from at least 4 other scrypt-jane coins except a team that has no visible role in this coin.  You give a one line lip-service to proof of stake and expect it to suffice, but 99% of the people here have no idea what that is.  Also, a better explanation of scrypt-jane - it's purpose and the realities of mining it - is necessary to get more of the mining community involved.  The leetpools guy has already posted .bats for popular AMD cards, you'd be wise to include that in your initial post before people leave just because of the difficulty of getting set up.  

The die-hards aren't going anywhere, you don't have to preach to them.  You need to address the above concerns to win back the support of many that are swayed by the accusations and the troubled launch.  If you paid for a marketing team, they aren't doing their job.
