My account has been disabled since October of last year, and this is after C-Cex pretty much stole thousands of dollars of crypto from my account before disabling it.

I've had an open ticket for several months, but C-Cex has pretty much been on "vacation" for half of those months until now.

Needless to say, this exchange is extremely unprofessional; just read through the hundreds of pages here to read the many horror stories that users have experienced throughout them.

It sounds to me like you won't be gaining access to your account any time soon, mate. Sorry for the bad news

I can say not only on CCEX even on some exchangers do already behave the same thing where they do block out some accounts specially with have funds on it without any further announcement or warning.This is why i dont really tend to store up huge amounts on any exchange site and do only trade up on the coins i do need to trade. Storing huge amounts or tokens do really have significant risk on losing it. Some can comprehend it but some wouldnt for sure.

Also, it seems that they are up again in full mode but for a limited amount of time.

This exchange should be redlisted as it can go belly up at any moment. Everyone trading on it is doing so with extreme risk of losing all their funds.

I cannot login. Error code: User not found or account disabled. But I did receive a mail "authorization failed" eventhough I only tried to login with my username (not email). So, there must be an account in your records.

The password recovery does not work either, there is no mail delivered containing a reset link. Since there is currently no support live, I can't place a ticket. Hence my request here:

Can you please re-enable the user account "stabilus" or send at least a recovery mail. There is still a BTC balance in the account.

I was on this exchange an year ago and my experience with them are very nice but they do not have some coins in which I have invested and did felt that they will add them that is why I went to bittrex and binance and then started there. You have to make easy to list other coins which are great projects.

This exchange has been going down hill since last year and will probably close down soon.
