Just look up above where more complaints is coming into this thread which already signifies a possible exit scam and making now alibis about being compromised.

Expect for scammers to pm you out and giving false information.Just move on to the coins you have lost into this exchange.

They decided to delist XBY (a good coin in very active development). But XTRABYTES wallet is in maintenance mode, impossible to withdraw coins.

And C-CEX closing an accounts without any notice and reasons. 

C-CEX = Yobit

Even how shitty Yobit exchange is but they are still trying to operate unlike this one which gradually making some issues to plan out something shady.Pull out coins as possible as you can before its too late.

Ofcouse we will do that but lot of people like me lose lot of monay so we will try to find selution .Everyone who wont to enjoin

LTC withdraw works Just buy LTC to move funds. BTW the fees are way less.
I used to transfer with doge but with the 3X Price jump it's not worth it.
I've been using LTC in the last couple days on CCex without problems.... well I mean some of my LTC is on hold lol.
NXT also works but higher fees.

I have been burned before so I always send a micro transaction first.... when it clears then I send the rest.
ETC and ETH for some reason can take a couple days it seems so I stoped using it to pull money in and out. Even though they do work.

I didn't want to take the risk of losing my balance with a broken transaction. So I bought BBP (BiblePay coin) with all my BTC and did a withdrawal to my BBP wallet.
BBP is my favorite and primary coin in this exchange.

The exchange continues to steal user money!
Yesterday I clarified the support in the chat, works the wallet and the withdrawal of the DOGE?
Support replied that the output works
I ordered the withdrawal of coins.
withdrawal on a small amount will be fulfilled
withdrawal of 400 000 DOGE - Exchange was stolen

Coins have disappeared from the balance sheet and no withdrawal has been drawn, there is no transaction number


Support does not respond to created tickets and does not allow creating new ones

The wallet is open at the stock exchange and they continue to take coins
trades are not closed!


Now the exchange simply steals the DOGE from all users who buy them on the exchange

My experience from using this exchange is pretty bad, I have tried to withdraw $500 each day during 3 days annd got banned after 3rd day without any notification or precaution, just banned and that's it. Contacted support but they said our security blocked your account and you can't restore it anymore. You know what is a funny thing? I have done strict KYC there with a lot of hassle, so they have my data and they banned for nothing.

i did withdrawal of 0.1btc and it works, but in previous days few withdrawals failed with no txid
i just refreshing support page few times until i was able to put ticket and they return failed withdrawals to my wallets

but situation about doge/ltc is bad. accounts for withdrawals was depleted (stolen) so  they needs to be filled again - maybe from fees or so. this can explain why low amounts can be withdrawed but higher ones no. forget about withdraw boge/ltc, just convert it to something else and then make transfer

DOGE and LTC balances stolen

We regret to inform that there was a breach discovered by hackers in our withdrawal procedures. They was able to repeat same withdrawals several times. Our DOGE and LTC completely depleted. As DOGE and LTC withdrawals of current user balances are no more possible - we transfered them to "Hold" balances. So now you can see your past DOGE and LTC balance as "DOGE on hold" and "LTC on hold".

Important! Do not send DOGE or LTC to old addresses! You need to get new address for new deposits!

The breach is already fixed. All other balances including BTC are fine.

We welcome everybody to report hackers. We are open for authorities to collaborate. Here some info about hackers:

They used lots of different accounts to perform this attack.

Most of IP used: 196.221.127.186, 156.161.167.35, 156.218.142.74

I trust the BBP developers. They are really good people and some of them fully dedicated to BBP coin.
I know they will not abandon the coin no matter what and they will fix any technical issue with the wallet. Not like BTCZ!
