I got the same problem today, I was submitting an order and suddenly it showed the error "User not found or account disabled" don't know what happened to this exchange, now I can't login my account and access the fund, support queue is always full as usual, please resolve my issue and allow me to my account.

Please don't spam the thread, you will end up severe drawback  from defying forum rules. You can spam their support staff's contact page or their social media accounts instead but it will not help as well and probably might end up blocking all of your messages. And since the c-cex profiles isn't active since first week of the month then spamming here is useless.

On December 15, 2018 , when I just bought some vit coin, c-cex suddenly logged out my account. Then, I cannot login my account again. Page c-cex only say "User not found or account disabled" !!!
 Now, I have waited 8 days but no one answers my ticket. I still cannot login. C-cex support, please unlock and allow me access my account.

the ETH withdrawals being stuck is understandable because the ETH network has turned to shit ever since this cryptokitties crap started there and because ETH can not handle large number of transactions.
but the c-cex site itself also has some issue, I have been experiencing slowness, specially in their API which is so infuriating to sit and wait for a small response. luckily I don't have much there and I won't deposit anymore until they fix these issues or at least make an statement about it.

So what ETH will do when the market will start to rise again? There are even more games: Kitties, Unicorns, CryptoFlowers... Ordinary people will enter the market again in search of easy money...
