Untill a communication manager has been appointed or even discussed i suggest we use post 2 (Instacash's post)
to provide us with up to date information about whats happening with forks and provide links to all updated
wallet (Windows & MAC & Linux) downloads with mention of version numbers of these wallets, dates and pref direct
download links circumventing the download section where we are still confronted with old version numbers.
Post 1 is too out of date, its causing more questions then answers these days. We can ask Eddufield to link post 1 to post 2
for download information and actual news.  

Basicly this means delegating the wallet download part from developer to Instacash so the developer can focus solely on
fixing the masternode problems.

I have no idea if Instacash is willing to do this or if even someone was considering it .. but something needs to be done quickly
to provide actual up to date information about current status and which wallet version to download.


Thoughts ? suggestions ?

I am not an experienced person at watching these candlestick charts, but I am trying to learn...

Just wanted to share my slight 'ah-ha' moment from the other night... I looked at the chart before I went to bed, and thought 'Hmmmm, that looks like that double-hump-thing that I read about which usually means the price is going to drop like a rock if I remember right. Oh well, what do  I know.'

Came back and see basically two days of slaughter.

So now I share the bright side... I also remember reading some blog where the guy said he analyzed Darkcoin and says that the pattern he sees is a 5x climb in price followed by a 40% sell off...

By my really rough and very non-professional estimations based on something I read on the internet lead me to believe that that guy may be right (and I sure hope so).

Ok after wasting all your time with that....

Looks like it was just now included in a block within the past hour (4 confirmations).  Sucks that that happened, but sometimes Bitcoin miners ignore transactions that don't include a fee, even if the transaction is supposedly "high priority" and therefore doesn't technically require one.  This has happened to me several times, and it always pisses me off when it does.  Anyway, it should show up as confirmed in mintpal now.  This is the Bitcoin network's fault, not mintpal's.

I took my eye off the ball and lost 18% of my trading assets. It shan't happen again. DarkCoin is not fit to be an investment vehicle... and it won't so long as the developers keep using it as an experimental platform.

The entire value of DarkCoin (and 90% of what differentiates it from other PoW altcoins) is its status as an experimental platform.

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose.  If you can't stand losses, put your money in municipal bonds or something.

There was some problems after the MN update and the hard fork. The network was forking. Now everything is ok, after the last update. It looks like Evan works pretty fast .
