The 'we are innocent' everyone is guilty, why can't anyone see that please buy our shitcoin, fraud police are on schedule. Regular as clockwork in fact

LMFO

God has sent them an urgent ***amber alert *** to deal with.

Gotta feel for the trolls.

Posting here, BCN, making up all sorts of weird threads, switching sockpuppets. That is some serious dedication to shitcoinism.

Shitcoinism

noun, devoted love, support, and pack hunting for one's shitcoin. technology development zero.

AdamWhite is a paid troll so no rhythm or reasoning will do anything to stop his FUD campaign. Even if Evan were to come in here and "clear the air" he'd still bring up insta-scam, reference node, i need to help noobs etc. Its best if we all just put it on ignore and move on guys.

The trolls will be moving onto BCN soon anyways.

I'm not a paid troll dipshit. FACT: 575,500 coins were instamined in the first HOUR due to an "accident"

Are you disputing this?
I can't believe people. We're reaching the 100,000th post soon and the same thing is being brought up. The same thing that some complained a year ago.
Stop with this nonsense. If you don't like it, leave it.

Of course, that's exactly what The Darkcoin Foundation hopes for.. that the massive, fraudulent instamine will be forgotten. That's why EVAN DUFFIELD never says a word about it. Not to worry, we will be here.. reminding everyone.

My message to fraudulent coin devs that think they can get away with instamining 575,500 coins in the FIRST HOUR at 100x emission and claim it was an accident:

Regarding the instamine, this thread tells me everything I need to know:

https://dashtalk.org/threads/the-birth-of-darkcoin.162/

a) It was an accident
b) There wasn't even a block explorer yet, so Evan didn't know at the time just how bad it was

The way I look at it is this: what's done is done. The initial coin distribution is far from ideal, but the vast majority of those coins have changed hands many times since the beginning. Remember, in the beginning it was just "Xcoin." There were no really innovative ideas and frankly no reason to believe the coin would ever succeed. It was only much later that the coin was renamed to "Darkcoin" and real work commenced. Ergo, there was no reason for anybody to hold on to the instamine coins, since at the time Xcoin just looked like another shitcoin.

I don't see the instamine as a good thing; infinite divisibility would take care of any problems caused by a lack of whole coins. Masternodes would probably only cost 100 DASH instead of 1000 to set up. Everything would scale accordingly.

I also don't see it as a big deal. The real future of DASH lies with its tech, not with its initial distribution.

You have got to be kidding me !!  Huh Huh

People insult each other, offensiveness is the norm around these, and this gets deleted ?
I smiled at someone's gif making fun of a troll. I even posted a few for fun. None of those get deleted, but this does?

 WOW !!

That was a blatant troll post.

stop trolling.
@Ghost I can confirm you that 2 of my post were deleted too..

I'll re-post them for posterity, and because I think AdamWhite didn't like them that's why he reported them to moderator..

This looks amazing.

If it can be remotely done justice to in practice it will start to turn this project into a true industrial behemoth.

Guys, who is able to explain me (or point out a doc) where enforcement is explained?

I am discovering few things, correct me:

- A miner can "jump" a payment to a MN if the protocol isn't enforced. So if there is a new protocol and we are below 80% a miner can literally steal money
- MNs are not, literally, forced to upgrade protocol. They will keep getting Dashes
- Some MNs are running extremely old protocols and there are no consequences for them

Am i wrong? Why should I update my daemon (losing money and time in the process) if there is no penalty?

1) Yes, a miner can skip payments while enforcement is off. Once 80% of the network upgrades and enforcement is turned on, his blocks will be rejected if he attempts this.
2) Nobody is "forced" to upgrade. MNs on the old version continue to get paid for one week. After one week, they stop receiving payments.
3) Those MNs are no longer getting paid.

Hi Gi01....theres lots of great information out there on this  throughout here and at DAShpay.io.  I'm sure someone in our Dev team can compile this info.   It's a great question and as a masternode operator,  it's something we have discussed at length with some great ideas and solutions.  I'll let the Dev team put that together...

One more time, Evan & team two steps ahead all crypto world.

Theories, great speeches and white papers are ok (I'm thinking in ethereum), but this the first realistic road map for an  application of governance and funding long term in the crypto space.

You should not be able to vote more than once.  Just like in the real world.   I don't care if you're the biggest whale there is, you shouldn't have more say than anyone else.

I actually understand why you say that. But if you have two MNs, how would you be limited to one vote?
