Order books are about the most unreliable guide to future price trends their is so I wouldn't hold much store by the amount of demand / supply in the market right now. Look at the XMR market recently. It's had between 50 and 200 BTC worth of demand buywall sitting just a few sats below the market price for 2 weeks and all it does is decline day after day.
It all depends on the market and the motivations of the players. A big buywall can be someone wanting out as much as someone wanting in and a sellwall can equally be a large holder who wants to increase their holding.
The best guide to long term price trends is the amount of time that has past without new fundamentals being priced in by the market.
The recipe for safe entry is:
A - a completed correction from the last medium term high B - new fundamentals that get done during a flat period C - some interesting event to kick off the new revaluation
A - We've had it.
B - Evan's been very quiet lately.
C - Usually appears from nowhere. (Like the LetsTalkBitcoins interview).

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

So does anyone know which posts are being deleted? I don't see much missing, is it mainly older posts?
Only the poster knows what posts got dumped. They get a pvt msg in their inbox. I've got a nice collection of screenshots of them already. Some are priceless. Perfectly understandable from the black&white rules standpoint, but the sheer amount of unmoderated trolling in this thread is astonishing by contrast. Some guys were mangled out of the blue and banned for 14 days for commenting on moderation, which, again, is understandable. What is unacceptable to me is the blatant trolling and degradation of this thread that goes unpunished. Being a mod is not easy, I'm a mod in another walk of life forum and sometimes its just plain impossible to make sense of things. I can only imagine what a general freak show this forum must be to the mods (or more specifically, mprep who moderates this thread) But then, there is the blatant obvious. (holy crap we've just gone down 2 pages!! Mind your manners folk! Read the rules! )

So in summary, troll DASH if you don't want your posts deleted?
In other news, AlexGR posts out of the blue every now and then and I just think we should make a book out of his posts with a share of profits going to the dev budget.
Seriously. I'd also add in toknormal's posts to pad it out a bit because Alex just makes short hit and run posts.

(holy crap we've just gone down 2 pages!! Mind your manners folk! Read the rules! ) I'm just worried that history might be deleted. I have gone back to search for things I knew were there before, but couldn't find them anymore. Anyway, I'm now running WinHTTrack to see if I can get a snapshot as how it is right now, before more is lost. Perhaps what is being deleted is trolling, which would make sense for this amount of deletions. I hope that's just the case. It's just a little unnerving. I mean, basically there was a book put out on everything Satoshi Nakamoto said, and all that came from forum posts! So IMO, these posts can be very important to history!

well, truth is we haven't seen any trolls as of late, so I would give the benefit of the doubt... Is there any way of knowing if trolls were banned?

Evan always knows when to post edit: lets see if his post will be deleted by mods? Robert Wiecko (aka kot) - volunteered to the project in March 2015, bringing 14+ years of professional experience in the IT industry. Robert started his professional career as a Software Developer and Support Specialist and shortly after became a Business Analyst. Since 2006 he serves as a Project Manager, Development Teams Manager and Delivery Manager, responsible for full scale projects in global delivery organizations. He is a certified Scrum Master, Project Manager and ITIL professional. He is fascinated by digital currencies, global economics, good music and healthy lifestyle. Robert's LinkedIn profile. hell yeah, my national mate on board Welcome Balázs Király (aka balu) - welcome as well nice to see the team is expanding....

Hmm seems like much trolling posts were deleted. Maybe mods started to work. Maybe that's why we have no trolling now. Finally?

Unfortunetely it does not contain the cryptsy orderbook (it shows Bitfinex, Cex.IO and Bitfinex again). I havent found a working cryptsy drk/btc orderbook chart on dc-charts.com

If all go according with recent acceleration we`re going to hit 4500 in the summer BAHAHAHAHA !!!! dude !!! We're gonna get deleted !! Or even worse soon enough... It's a shame though, these kind of harmless playful posts really do extrapolate how fantastic forums are in creating virtual, yet meaningful communities and relationships.
