What about all the instamine funds? Those should be able to pay for a video.

Posted a couple days ago...Off the top of my head... There is a large amount of consolidation work going on at the moment prior to launching into new and major technical challenges (like scaleability etc). Essential Stuff: [1] - self sustainable decentralized governance by blockchain [2] - implementation of formal methodologies in Dash project management processes (both business and development processes that is I think) Meaty Stuff: [3] - refactoring of masternode broadcast classes to save 80% bandwidth [4] - preparation for "hybrid state" trials in advance of ditching the reference node [5] - mobile wallets [6] - masternode blinding (see Tante's post) Change the World Stuff: [7] - addressing the 3 things that bitcoin won't / can't / is too scared to: - optimising fungibility and therefore anonymity (in service) - optimising transaction time (in service) - optimising scaleability through dual layer functional diversification More info: https://www.dashpay.io/news/development-update-whitepaper-and-other-news/

Didn't take much for DASH to get back on track....
Still complete bargain bin prices though IMO.

... If this map is correct I have big chance to be the first in my country More or less methinks, I copied a load of ip's from the command masternode list in debug console and banged them into an online country locator map one time and one popped up in Portugal when none from that country were displayed at the time.

Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release. Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5% Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1) = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

Not sure it was the Dash price rise sudden flurry, but bittrex wallets all went to disabled for about 10 minutes and there was large volume just before it happened, as the buying subsided things got back to normal (not happened before) ..

That latest commit sounds very promising: "Masternode payment consensus via quorums … - Payees are chosen by their last payment, if no payment it's based on their hash - Fixed a few issues with counting quorum votes" I think we are on our way to eliminate the reference node.

Its not just Dash, a number of other coins have started to error or disappear on bitcoinwisdom's charts.
