unban me from #altcoins
Someone else banned you and said you were scamming dogecoins from little kids or something like that. There's kind of a no serial scam artist policy in place if this is true.

Check your phone dude I just sent you a message. sgminer is working fine. Temps and rpms bounce around faster to show more accurate readings and yes hash rates are going to be much higher

Is dark coin yet on the horizons of the Chinese market? No? Then there's no rush mates.
We're just on 2 baby exchanges. That's it. We're number 13 in terms of volume and hovering between number 18-20 on market cap. There's another test tomorrow, could be the final laps of the Alpha stage and then the anonymous block-chain gets implemented. Hold on to your hats kids. This ride is going to be wild.

IMO the #1 thing that darkcoin requires is a good and objective wikipedia entry, thus people can google darkcoin and find all about it right there. Right now google throws much irrelevant crap when one writes darkcoin (this can be different depending your area, browser history etc) and that can be rectified by a wiki entry that will be the #1 result (after the page is created and indexed).
As I said earlier the best way to promote something is to let others discover it instead of promoting it to them (which creates the reverse psychological effect of "they are trying to scam me") but in our time this means they have to google it. And googling darkcoin is problematic without a wiki entry.
+1 We need more hard information & genuine press; less cheap SEO tactics that make people think they're being scammed. The latter is what the pump & dump coins do, and it's why people don't take them seriously. One thing that's desperately needed IMO is for someone with writing experience (I mean proper writing experience, not SEO shilling experience) to write copy for the official website.

I'd love to work on that one. I've done a fair of marketing copy for my own businesses. something that is clear, technical but a bit more in the vain of "financial" institution in its feel. IMHO we should probably steer away from formage animated gifs and other low brow gimmicks, and reflect a far more corporate and professional image that reflects the hard work of the dev. I do not wish to over step my bounds with our devs on this matter so some direction would help in forming the outline for the copy. In our brand standard there should a clear and concise message that reflects the values of this currency, whatever they may be.

It needs to look more like https://bitcoin.org/en/ with background, how to, etc.

I say go for it, I'm sure eduffield would have no problems adding it to the homepage.

Send me links to other site YOU have built and would like someone that can be technical and also be able to explain what a Cryptocoin is to someone that has never heard of them. We can take donations for the website developer, I will put up 100DRK and eduffield will match the 100DRK.

It needs to look more like https://bitcoin.org/en/ with background, how to, etc. Simplicity and clarity. I have to admit that I'm not a fan of the current logo either. It just doesn't portrait a very professional image. Maybe we should a have a contest to see who can design a unique logo that is a bit more corporate in its appearance. I'd put up 100drk for that to start with. eduffield no disrespect meant in providing some ideas.

http://cryptocurrencyconvention.com/We just got added to their site! For those who don't know I will be speaking about DarkSend/Darkcoin at the Cryptocurrency Convention. It's the wrong link, I asked him to fix that. Hmmm... I'm going to have to come up with some reason to go to this...
