Masternode payments are humming along now and the forking issue is fixed. Looks like we're good to launch masternode payments in 1 to 2 weeks. If all looks good tomorrow I'll push binaries and have everyone upgrade.

We have about sixty masternodes on testnet and it looks like we're paying out about 98% of the new blocks. This is great news, everything is working perfectly   .

If you just freed up 100 BTC, I am surprised you didn't do that at 0.01 or 0.002 haha.  I know, hindsight is 20/20, I am just bugging!

DRK may end up being more expensive that Bitcoin due to low coin supply.

On the other hand it might not. I see it going one of 2 ways from here:

[1] - It continues to revalue after RC3 and eventually trump Litecoin which would give it a value of nearer 0.1 BTC. From there is goes to near parity with BTC and becomes the genuine alternative network to Bitcoin - a kind of alternative 'reserve'.

...or...

[2] - This is it. DRK stays in the lead and adds some more value after RC3 etc, but at the same time the entire crypto market starts to get flooded with DRK alternatives and new approaches to anonymity. Existing coins add "anonymity features" such as dark wallet and NXT mixer. They are not as "complete" as DRK so it gives DRK a slight lead but isn't prepared to invest further at such high prices against a background of abundant of anonymous cryptocurrency networks.

It's just that the buying power is off the book and that means that low volume can send the price down. But it can easily go back up once a buyer places an order (as it happened with the 10k order @195).

I bought some more.

Don't have a lot of money sadly, but managed to buy another 4 drk coins. Have 12 now.

I've discovered Darkcoin in at the beginning of this year (in March). I was able to mine about 1 DRK per week ;p but fortunately I have also bought some more DRKs at that time. In total, until three weeks ago, I had about 40 DRKs... Now I have got around 200DRKs!! And I want to buy more while it's still so cheap!
