I FELT THAT!! ebay was exactly my bet after apple, ohmg, this is the beginning

He could have saved himself a few hundred words by just saying "eBay WILL BE ACCEPTING BITCOIN....AND PAYPAL TOO"...."we're just a bit late in finishing the coding".

keep dropping, ive got a buy order at 0.0175   Kiss
good luck

Just some short term thinking donkeys selling. I've owned >1% of all DRK since the start and I will keep owning them till the end, no matter what. End of the year we will be huuuge, not worth doing some short term trading.

Well said.
Buy, forget, dig a hole dip 1 meter, put there your wallet (if you fell you want to sell your coin and start digging before you get them from 1 meter you`ll probably change idea), and come back at christmas to make a nice present for yourself Smiley

That interview is going to change a lot of people's minds about the future viability of crypto currencies.

After surviving Gox / Malliability FUD from the mainstream media, they've now fired all their ammo and it's done about as much damage as a fried egg sliding off a nuclear submarine.

The public will wake right up too. They had it written off. Then you've got Winklevoss stuff coming up.....the backlash has started. We are 1 block away from the BTC / USD 1-week MACD turning upward. That will signal a barrage of bot buying.

Will be good for alts too - new money flowing into the entire crypto economy means people look to diversify.

Fasten seat belts I'd say.

Another reason why darkcoin will be successful.  Picked this up from the NXT forum:

Quote
new irs rules appear to require disclosure of every bitcoin tx
this means usa is totally deanonymizing the bitcoin addresses
they will be able to map all bitcoin addresses with significant funds to a social security number

r.o.t.f.w.l. !!

The only reason the IRS can come up with a rule like that is that they're absolutely clueless about cryptocurrencies.

That rule is a joke which has not a snowballs chance in hell of ever being observed.

Anyway, if Bitcoin ever gets big enough to be important for the IRS to worry about, the Fiat economy will have collapsed. There's no way such a highly leveraged money system can survive alongside an unleveraged one for any length of time.

IRS lawmakers are good for entertainment though. I watched them at the New York conferences being humoured by the various witnesses.

According to a NXT senior Dev:

Quote
They already have a significant portion of the bitcoin addresses mapped out, so they probably dont need the info, just seeing whos been naughty and whose been nice. Wait, that was someone else wasnt it? practically speaking unless the amounts are huge, there must be some sort of allowance it can all be covered by. Of course, that would make too much sense.

prepare for the crash of the alts

I don't get this.

At Bitcoin's all time high - back in December, PPC and XPM were at 0.05 and 0.04 respectively (now much less). Litecoin was 0.03 (now 0.017).

Whenever Bitcoin declines, all the alts decline faster. Whenever Bitcoin climbs, all the alts do well since there's more money in crypto generally.

Why should be "prepare for the crash of the alts" ?

Hi TanteStefana2,
Probably my post will be out of context, but I want to write here, before a full dump or a full pump.
I didn't sell my DRKs the last days for several reasons. One of them was the hard work of the dev team (Evan mainly) and the DRK community (cheaplin,Alex you and many others, sorry, I can't remember the name of so many people).
Other reason was because I believe in this product (yeah, I don't like the name too much, but it can be promoted with a little marketing later).

But the most rare reason when I was thinking about DRK (sell or hold, that's the question), was you. Not sure if you are a woman or a man, but your nickname looks like a woman, and you are a rare specimen on these forums (too much kids and testosterone all around).
Few pages ago, you was writing about DRK and it was the last click to hold all my DRKs.
If go down, we will be in the same ship. if go up, hope we can prepare a virtual party sometime in the near future.

I'm not so young, but I'm energetic and happy to be here with all these contributors.

Aw, I surely hope we'll be happy with our investment  Wink  Yah, I'm an old woman now, goes fast, eh?  But wouldn't want to be young again, too fun being where I'm at, LOL.
