How does the rich list look? At a glance, Number 1 (XosX) is standing pat, with no new purchases since 7/18.
DRK testnet has a flurry of activity, with software updates happening multiple times per day.
Ok, so we have have some masternode vultures still, but 1 month from now everyone will have to play fair.
So, I really wonder if an exchange is about to go belly up, and DRK is the laundering vehicle of choice...

I can only see this as being good. How could something like this bring such a crazy price drop. The coin is a burning ship and everyone is jumping off. I don't get it at all. This is the most amazing coin out there and people are selling. It must be something like they are getting back in to bitcoin trying to panic buy or something. The thing is that Bitcoin will never be the kind of coin that Darkcoin is, Bitcoin it is inferior. |

Umm, possibly related. Has anyone checked out the recent activity on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/drk/ ? There's 280k+ of DRK being broken up into a variety of addresses. That's a lot of DRK, and every few blocks a few hundred DRK get peeled off the wad and stashed into a new address. |

a) why many people have "missing accounts" that they cannot login to, most likely DRK holders.
b) the panic sell of DRK on exchanges this morning

Darkcoin had the biggest volume in their exchange. Probably that's why they chose it. Only mintpal would dump this cheap so it explains why minutes before the moolah blog post, we experienced this big dump. If that's true then price should be recovering fast. |
