Can someone post link to thread on drktalk about looking for a developers? I couldn't find it.

I will try to get someone.
I think you are talking about this:
https://darkcointalk.org/threads/call-for-devs-software-adoption.2195/

There is already a python dev working on Electrum and looking into Open Bazaar.

Yep, this is it.

Thanks

At the time that block was found, they weren't. That's why people are getting confused.

Crowning mentioned that sometimes the new version will go inactive? Bug I assume? What's the fix just to stop then start again from console? Hoping someone can save me the time of looking though forum as I'm sure this discussed already...

A "masternode start" from the (cold-) wallet does the magic, there's no need to stop and start the Masternode's darkcoind  itself.

Edit: What's the best way to monitor MN activity? drk.mn?

"masternode list" from any darkcoind with the same version. drk.mn and poolhash are basically doing the same.

I have always one darkcoind running locally and use it for monitoring and restarting in case one Masternode goes inactive.

Will the instant TX kick MNs off the network ? .. I understand why It happened now with the Onyx update because of foul play.. but Is there any reason It will happen with the Instant TX update ? .. Just thinking if I should be on my toes for the next update.  Huh

Considering it will be another fork for feature-implementation, the sooner the better as always. I'm sure it will be another spork with a 3-4 week timeframe or 90% network before enforcement. Will most likely be the case where non-instantX clients/pools/mn's won't be able to use the feature without updating but the the release will be backward capable with the non-updated for a period of time before enforcement (evident by how these releases have been).

Agreed, there definitely needs to be a step by step procedure on new updates, everything from mass emails to pools, to twitter/facebook, to updating the original post on here, etc, etc. If Evan can't do it, have someone dedicated to these sorts of tasks.
