Even MTGOX USD deposit is broken. I've just tried to deposit 500 USD MtGox redeem code, but got a server error. My code is gone, no balance appeared in my account. Mr. Zhou, please return me 500 USD + 6.8265 BTC, thanks!

连MTGOX USD充值都坏掉了。我刚在周家网站上充值500美刀的MTGOX充值码,结果遇到服务器错误,码被用掉了,钱没充进去。周先生,请还给我500刀加6.8265币,谢谢!
You should probably contact support about this if you haven't done so already. This forum is not meant for support questions, although notifying the community about this is a good idea of course.

Yes, I did, but got no response after two days.

Now it's been four days. I wonder what Mr. Zhou is doing these days.

As a customer, I hate being ignored. If you cannot solve the problem right now, at least give me a response tell me what is going on.

Did you sent the coins to the new bitcoin address or the old one?

I have no problems depositing to and also withdrawing from the new address.

Hi,

I apologize for the deposit delays. Due to a system error, some of the addresses generated are still from the old server, and that means all deposits have to be entered manually (which caused the delays).

Only a small number of users were affected. To prevent this, please change address before you deposit Bitcoin next time.

Thank you for your patience!

My problem is not about the recent incident. I deposited MTGOX REDEEM CODE, but got an internal server error page. CODE was used, NO FUND was added.

following the Bitcoinica thread & just to say that I temporarily withdrew quite a lot of coins from there a couple of days ago via Mt.Gox code & it all worked perfectly, I was expecting some possible delay or manual processing but it was almost instant - under 1 minute, will post again when I make a deposit

Zhoutong you need to have a serious look at your coding.

I've just had 2 portions of 50btc sold from a stop order @ 4.77 they executed @ 4.57 which is WAY FUCKED compared with the current market.

I expect to see those two trades reversed asap.

I lost faith now.

1. 200 BTC bought at 4.72$ (5.0 : 1 Leverage)
2. Position was forced liquidated @ 4.4749$. Today! Two hours ago!

BUT the price was never below 4.86511$ today. I dont understand that. Look at MtGox.
And forced liquidation would have been at 16% loss (4.72$ - 0.7552$ = 3.9648$).

So WTF is going on? I just did not loose only 40 BTC. I also lost the profit I would have made because the ~10% price gain.
The price was rising just a couple of the minutes AFTER my 200 BTC were liquidated. I think this can't be a coincidence.

In the order history the status for that transaction looks kind of strange too. Its says "47485474231017".

This sucks. I feel betrayed.

Regards,
Fydel

An explanation isn't good enough.

Basically an option of our choice between reversal of the trades or sale @ say 5.25 is the only acceptable option I can see in all this mess.

Hi,

We just experienced a system error that caused a few bad ticks. Everything is back to normal.

We are deciding on the compensations for affected customers. Compensation will be in the form of cash credits. So feel free to re-establish your positions if you're affected.

We apologize for the error and we will get back to you shortly. Thanks for understanding!

I was apparently force liquidated on my 750 BTC long position @ $4.46 when Gox day's low is $4.87

I was anticipating this rise & had left 750 BTC worth of limit sell orders higher than my base price with up to above $5 & some of these filled making me then short, I couldn't work out what the hell was going on when I took a look after being away for a few hours, with that price rise my limit sells should have orderly closed out my long position for a profit, instead I saw a new short position of -250 BTC which was running at a loss in a fast rising market so I just liquidated as it was impossible to understand, my margin balance before all this was at 130 BTC now it's at 19 BTC, I expect to be refunded 111 BTC & also compensated for any profit I would have made if this 'system error' had not happened

I have received no reply to an important query about my account from the 26th Feb with a follow up 1 week ago requesting a response as I can't even log in to customer support to check this - Zhoutong kindly put both these matters right asap!

My Bitcoinica ID is the same as on the forum - thanks

edit, added pic

https://i.imgur.com/eW061.png

so that's 99.5301 BTC force liquidated at $4.3658 which was never close to be refunded, BTC not $ btw plus any loss of profit from my position because of this including getting me short for -250 BTC at yet another unjustified loss

https://i.imgur.com/lRTVZ.png

see incorrect forced liquidation status for my 750 BTC long position
