This time?

When did it go to 10,000 last time?

You must mean 1,000.

That wasn't 10,000, it was 100,000 Satoshi.

I would be thrilled with half that, 50,000 Satoshi.  And given the very low supply - CASH could make new highs very quickly if the dev actually does something.

Especially if we get a big crypto boom this summer - like I'm expecting.

Unfortunately I had bought it for more than that.........

Morning all,

I have been in touch with a possible DEV, like most of us he has a life out side of the cypto world.

At the moment he is looking at the specs of CASHCOIN, and doing some research . l will post again as soon as l hear  back from him  hopefully with some good news.

Any one wishing to help  with a possible community take over please post and let the future DEV know how much support there is for a take over, for those of you are not able to help in a practical way , could you also post so as we can gauge the level of support overall .

If you get a DEV happy to help where I can.
I've made a price ticker for feathercoin and working on an arcade payment device for feathercoin, if your Dev can also develop an API like eathercoin has I'm happy to adapt those to Cash too.
Don't read this as I'm a serious coder though, I can only just 'dabble' with Python.

Does anyone have the keys to change the CASH protocol?

Bryan Kelly stopped PoW short on his Nautilus Coin at 4 million instead of 16 million and went straight to PoS phase just 2 days ago.  The result was a huge price increase for the coin.

Do we have a programmer here who can alter the protocol so we can stop the current inflation and go to phase 2 which should be just PoS?

Nobody had any issues with NAUT doing it and its's a very respected coin and developer, why not follow their lead.

Forget using voting to get onto Mintpal.
Besides the fact you would need to pay over 20BTC to get it to the top they have stopped paid votes in the last day or so (A good thing in my mind) and at the end of September they are going to remove voting altogether.

On a different note if anyone is mining Cash via Mine Big you may want to shift your rigs as it has been having problems for the last couple of days.

N50 cash pool is still going though so you may want to swap to that.

Just checked, and they are pretty even, no idea other than crazy good luck for Anon.
I did run my rigs on n50 and I did find a number of blocks and got the expected payouts I had worked out I should get last week, but the RTD from Australia was killing my effeciency, so have stopped mining cash at the moment.
Wish mine big would sort themselves out.

But the good luck is pretty consistent. Before moving to N50, I mined a while on Minebig.  My workers generated 9552 Cash but I only got paid about 800. I suspect there are some bugs in the reward calculation:

That is a fairly large difference.
On Mine Big I generated about 8500 coins and got paid out just under 3600

Add this IP address to your conf file

addnode=46.4.113.49

It is from N50 pool, it will sort you out for syncing

Hello and thank you for the IP, i did find some and get some updating completed Smiley so good news there.

I have some questions Smiley re the project, sorry if they have been answered before.

1) What is the status on this project?
2) Does the project have any DEV team?
3) Do we have access to the cash coin website to update ect?
4) Plans for marketing?
5) Who is currently running / head of the project?
6) Does the project have plan to expand cash coin into more systems? like payment gateways
IF not, i am happy to help here as I have alot of background in PHP programming and am happy to build payment systems like (paypal) for this type of system

I have a ton of ideas to move the project forward from making setup of the wallet easier to back of house work too

Regards

Hi Paul,
Answers to your questions
1) 100% abandonded by the Dev
2) No Dev team, but I think a few people would be interested in helping if we got something moving
3) No consider the cash website lost
4) No active plans, although some people previously had ideas that may return if Cash sorts itself out
5) Absolutely no-one is running it at the moment
6)We would all love this, but no plans at the moment.

Basically The Dev launched it, hung around sporadically for a few weeks and then disappears for a number of weeks and then came back for 3 or 4 days again and then hasn't been heard of since.
Even if he did come back now, most of us would rather he didn't as his lack of commitment is what has mostly killed this coin
