Jesus wept .. just as I had my sells filled 3k-4k the vanishing Dev is back .. still have some but dammit man .. cost me 5 BTC already
Good thing I kept mining ..
Now to buy back what I lost (again) .. don't let us down again. PoS coins are all the rage .. tho I still think it was a ploy to gather a ton of cheap coins for the pump.

"We take the voting winner every Monday evening (UTC), we announce the official closing time earlier in the day." start voting hard after they reset ! no point to waste time with it now

Welcome back .. - Hash.so is closing and does not work at the moment. - Easy-mining has been down for weeks - JTeam is empty - Dedicated pool is empty as well, not sure they work. - Luckyminers, not so lucky as site is dead. So only pools I know of are: http://cash.minebig.comhttp://cash.n50.ruOpenEx exchange is closed Poloniex removed CASH as I was the only one buying with 0.01 volume a day .. I can ask Busoni to add us back on ... provided no more vanishing acts. Asked and they said wallet is too unstable so not until it's working fine.

Was talking just yesterday about renewing efforts to take CASH under the control of the community (which is obviously not needed now hopefully).
Was trying to figure if it would be worth switching it to an X11 algo instead of Scrypt to stop it ending up as an ASIC coin. Not sure which would be better, welcoming the ASICs or hiding from them!?
Personally love the X11 algo and it's currently the only one I can run with 5 cards due to a RMAing PSU, if you're capable, might worth considering Mr Dev dude.

No real need as the PoW block payout algorithm with a large hashrate will diminish. Remember higher hash rate is lower block rewards.

Oh, I remember, it's one of my favourite features, but it doesn't help the GPU miners. There's a decision to be made, either have the coin be controlled by a few people with ASICs by staying on Scrypt or switch to an alternative algo to have LOTS of people mining on GPUS. Staying on Scrypt COULD be dangerous in the early days of ASICs as controlling <50% will be really easy, not sure if the POS will be strong enough to keep the network secure. I think in the LONG term, ASICs are crucial to Cryptos to keep the mining costs down (electricity usage) but while the prices are high it means a small number of people control the entire network.

it woulndt hurt the coin to make it quibit, groestl or X11 algo it will be even more power efficient (they use 30-50% less power) and will definetly bring more miners because there is only few coins to mine with these new algos and people want it temps will go high outside soon and people will switch to these algos to keep hw cooler i hope...

I will look into the x11 algo Don't bother really, it would kill the price and no one would mine. Very very few like X11, the pay is horrible, it needs different settings, even if the cost is half, no one wants to get half the income regardless. DRK is the only coin that is not ruined by X11, and only due to Dev team happily keeping price steady with a dozen BTC and dumping when it pumps. Hiro coin is less than half price and just falling too. Kimoto is bloody terrible too, with the time lapse exploit, just look at POT coin. It could work, provided someone is willing to stump up a couple of BTC to push price to 10k. This time, it will not be me. DigiShield could work, but I have no clue if anyone is even willing to buy CASH coin now. It will need a lot of work, and all the work I put in has just made me look like a mug promoting a junk coin when even Dev couldn't be arsed to make an appearance, even just once in a blue moon to show existence. Pulled connections all over and had a great design team lined up and an IT company too willing to work for free and even accept CASH as payment. Needless to say, they are not stupid enough to waste time when no one else would.

I nearly abandoned it too this last week. I shall wait and see what happens now that the Dev is back. Cryptocashnow: you should be aware that your reputation and trust in you (and hence the coin) is very weak due to you having disappeared for so long. I just want you to be aware that you and whatever team you put together is going to have to work extremely hard to repair the damage done. Those of us who tried to support the coin are now very wary about joining your team, even though we would like to - can we trust that you are here for the long term?

.. I totally feel your frustration Varvarin; personally I am amazed you are still behind this coin! I nearly abandoned it too this last week. I shall wait and see what happens now that the Dev is back. .. Cryptocashnow: you should be aware that your reputation and trust in you (and hence the coin) is very weak due to you having disappeared for so long... Sold 35k CASH this week from 2000-4000 (have 3k left) , and stupidly bought some at 3300, 3700 and dumped again for less. I have zero faith that anyone wants to buy this coin above 1500 anyway. Not for one second I believe this is going to get any better really. Everyone got so badly burned here, that without a real dev team and not one guy who may or may not disappear again and not be arsed to write one post on forum. All the clever investors stay away from Kimoto shit, only way is down. And only way to prop it up is to do what BC pool does, leave POT coin until diff is 20 and then pump from 1500 to 3000 and hash it to hell to dump to 2000 and let suckers play with the rest to 1500 again. PoS on CASH? Got 400 coins in 3 months on 35k holding .. three stakes only and 2 of them were in last week, when Dev magically sorts his life out. Sick to death of being robbed. I am not backing CASH any longer, was a great potential but without actual real backing, it will be back to 1500 in the next few days and I will not spend the 5 BTC I had to buy it again.
