m0mchil's poclbm is not supported by your pool ?
Tried to connect with jgarzik and everything is fine, but with poclbm all i got is "Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC"

Probably I apply hotfix, when you try to connect :)
And recheck your miner settings.

Tried different settings and your example too, but no results. Jgarzik's miner still works fine.

Ok, first payments batch processed, please check your wallets

Due  there is not enough money on balance for PPS with low commission, one payment transaction on hold for the next block.
Several nasty bugs killed and money flow tests finished, thanks to all alpha testers! You helped me a lot

From the next rounds I enable standard commission.
All money collected before, go to payment with 1% commission.

Sorry if this was already addressed, but im in pps mode and my Estimated bounty hasnt moved in about an hour. How often is the Estimated bounty updated?

Estimated my bounty is changing, but my "Unconfirmed bounty" and Total bounty "not for 12 hours .... and in the top25 does not change my position ...

In treasures "shows(solves and total) 362shares (same during 12hours) and the " miners "shows 3675 shares right now ...

why?

Miners shares value updated realtime.
Shares/total shares values updated only when pool solve block.

Ok, I tested fresh build of ufasoft's miner, and don't see any problem.

Settings:

bitcoin-miner.exe -a 5 -g no -v -o http://btcmine.com:8332 -u your-login@miner-name -p miner-password

Values for username and password available for each miners in your miners list.
When you create new account, pool add default miner for you: 
-u your-login@your-login -p  your-login

If you want, you always may change miner name and password and/or add additional miners.

I submitted 1674 shares but only seem to have been paid for 354.  Why?

In both payout mode money recalculated only when new block solved.
354 shares - from previous rounds.

Well, when my pool get more processing power, I change this process

p.s. At beta stage I'm thinking about switch to another payment model, like slush's score based or something similar.

Understood - I am not mining here full time as I don't like the payment delay.  A vicious cycle (no miners, no blocks solved, no payments)
