any other way to get it?
i do not wanna install NXT.soryy,
May be in nearest future Nem Community will have own exchange, as I know, this kind of question was before and UP has already asked for people who can build our own exchange site with very simple deals -BTC-NEM(tokens or smth another) and back NEM-BTC. Hopefuly it will be. Keeping in touch with us(NEM community) for further info. Regards. |

although an open alpha doesn't have an ETA yet.

I don't have an opinion about current price of NEM token. Whatever the price is, the core team has no direct benefit.
So the core team has no NEM holdings whatsoever? No direct benefit NOW. Because we are not being able to sell anything. Someone is posting 10 stake sell walls and has been for several days now...I highly doubt it's day traders as some people suggest...I'm just sayin' |

Just spotted this article about NEM http://bitcoinist.net/nem-new-economy-movement/ which contains quite a few factual errors, especially the part about the development team. Someone should tell him to read the organization tab in NEM summary. There is a nice volume from the site to our website though. NEM is getting noticed ! |

What is the process for converting NEM stake back into NEM once NEM launches?
How long until launch?
When NEM launches you will have to send the token and a message to the asset issuer account. How long? |

I'm happy to see that NEMstakes are one of the assets with the highest volume of transactions. This is extremely positive. I am no so concern about the price, since it is quite possible that, after all the expectations generated, there are incentives for people to sell in order to obtain some gain. After this initial wave, the price will raise again.
What I miss from the early days in this thread is to have discussions more strategy and context oriented. Do you known guys if Trello board or the NEM forum are carrying such discussions. I will be very interested to participate

NEM forum is unfortunately badly neglected at the moment. We may have to redo the forum at some point. There is a separate thread for price discussion though, so perhaps we should have some self-selection so keep this thread on more in-depth topics. Trello board is still live and intend to keep all important discussions that could be actionable there. |

it's a disappointing experience to see that against all expectations of thread members, the price of nemstakes (AE) is steadily decreasing.
I was one of the first buyers and now I have to suffer from my greed.
I am crypto -nonexpert and a poor pensioner and was just looking for someone who gives me comfort. Thanks to the community for your compassion. I would say: take a longer perspective. NEM would not fail your trust. Be active to protect your investment as well  +1 you need to think long term. it's just been a few days mate! |
