It is Bitcoin which is pushing every single tokens/coins price upwards. Ethereum is gaining value from there in fiat but because of the work is being done inside the project impact on that still has to come. That will be ultimate pushing reason which will take it to $1000 in coming months. Patience is obligatory to get there.
You have it backwards mate! Fiat flowing into Btc != alt coin pumps. Very often, it's the opposite. I'd argue, Eth is pumping despite Btc pumps  |

ETH/USD Ethereum initially fell towards the $400 level on Friday, but found enough bullish pressure to explode to the upside. We have now cleared the $450 level, and it looks as if this continues to be a “buy on the dips” market.

I love eth no doubt but just amaze by how Dash has grown this past months, the race to $1000 has begun, Dash or Eth, who will take the lead I didn't know much about DASH, but its growth in noticeable. ETH has also made good growth in the last week, and it is still undervalued. |

I continue to use BTC without issue. You must be taking BTC for granted, it is a ROCK. The ability to secure and move money around is unmatched. I understand this is your opinion and maybe you are relatively new... but what BTC has done should not be taken so lightly and what it continues to do takes force and stamina. I am not discounting ETH. I was part of the ICO and continue to believe the project-- but I try not to discount the strengths within the systems and what both of them have pulled off. |
