I have to stay 5 days to update my eth wallet for 50k blocks .. and ethereum is 1k$ now .. lol,what a fking joke Eth could be 100000$ dont give a fuck,matters what it offers,for now is too expensive to make transactions GWEi/GAS ,takes too long,its broken this is certainly a long waiting period. I thought this problem was solved already, after the cryptokitties calmed down. but everything turns out as before The spike in the price made everyone freak out with buying/selling/transferring ETH from their wallets to the exchanges and vice versa. It's bound for transactions to spike in prices since everyone wants to move ETH around. That's why we desperately need scaling solutions soon. |

that's the anticipation, but my guess would be that this a is a very hard task for him as the initial ethereum concept to put all things into single blockchain is wrong. |

The slow transaction speed is very conserning... Litecoin do not have this problem?

Yea, or state its opionion and your why for it. Here's an opinion (mine): ETH is going up beyond all others. Why? The token market pushes demand for every service imaginable between AI, storage systems, etc. a whole AI-eco-system. And as for the POW - that's a serious throttle wasting valuable compute resources that can instead be applied to the AI-eco-system... once ETH makes a hard fork to implement POS. Oh and hi to the group. I'm an engineer/scientist-inventor (13 patents, Neural networks, Comm, Radar, and power). For example, My invention of secure self realizing expanding networks (US8484462) is the footprint in which block-chains operate. |

Ethereum was a BIG BOOM! If now Ethereum worth $1000 imagine it's just start of this new year.....in 2018 Ethereum will have more features and mamy investors will choise this coin to invest ( due to stability) BTC won't stable...but ETH Yes! Also, due to eth platform many banks will adopt ETH ( like barclays bank) more news will release about this project and much more! I thinks by end of 2018 ETH will be near $3000 or maybe more! Good Luck if you HODL😉 |

By the end of this year, we could very easily see $2000 (I think). Once it reaches 2k we might have huge scalability issue. |

maybe that will happen. on today(this time) its already $1120 but on scalability issues it depends on that time I mean before that happens, basically the core person has thought about it not very meaningful. |

Part of the problem could be solved, for a while, if the transfer transaction the Eth in another independent blockchain. Although from a technical point of view to make it most likely is not possible. I think it would be optimal to go to the POW+POS right now.
