Does anyone know: Is there any difference in mining performance from AMD cards on Windows 7 vs Windows 8?

I'm building a mining rig and plan to use a 128gb USB 3.0 flash drive to install Windows on.  However, apparently Windows 7 doesn't natively support USB 3.0 (while Windows 8 does), and I'd rather be able to use that extra speed.  Any advice?

ETH DAG size is larger than EXP so hashrate for ETH is lower

me to but only with nvidia (GTX 860M) (ethminer-0.9.41-genoil-1.0.6), ATI with same miner is working. have u found the solution?
