Augur isn't coming to the exchanges this week, the Augur Reputation token is. Augur itself won't launch for some time yet. It won't be launched in one shot either, it will be rolled out in stages. This is from the Augur FAQ.

Somebody asked me in the Lykke-thread for an explanation of that blog post, but since I'm pretty much a noob and even more when it's about Ethereum, I wasn't able to say much about it.
