For what reason not? Bitcoin is the most solid coin for holding in long haul. Correct, in comparisson with altcoins, it`s not that productive, notwithstanding, it has high liquidity and social intrigue is focused on it. In the event that you would prefer not to invest a considerable measure of energy by research and exchanging at that point it's smarter to purchase resources like BTC/ETH and simply hold. At the point when the market will rise these two ventures will be okay. Since altcoins substantially more hazardous and you need to do some portfolio alterations every once in a while.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I was always against such an opinion, but only on condition that you do not change it in USDT in order to fix profits and after the fall of the market you again buy BTC, in order to increase the amount of BTC

You should be able to hold your BITCOIN fore a long period of time, to make huge profit in crypto currency generally. Patience is the key to success in crypto, to make huge profit from your investment and you can sell them when you are satified with the price and the market state. When the market booms, you make good and awesome profit from your investment

Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?

Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.

Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .

After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.

But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.

So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?

I don't think having 100% of one coin in your portfolio is wise - even if it is bitcoin.

I'd suggest holding a mix of coins, including bitcoin. I like to hold some small cap coins which have great growth potential, and some bigger cap coins that are more stable (but also some growth potential)
why hold bitcoin for a long time is prohibited because bitcoin prices will soon come back then from now on it's a good time to invest in Bitcoin in the short term and wait for bitcoin prices to stabilize again as it was a few months ago until now this bitcoin price also not yet stable again

For me hodling BTC is another shape or making benefit. It's been more steady than different coins. It has been dropping in cost, 5% as of late. In any case, I believe it's still more gainful to hodl it over the long haul than freeze offer at this point.

Depends completely if you are a Bitcoin maximalist or not? I agree that if you are looking to increase your sats holdings, then looking to trade other currencies could be beneficial. Depends on your outlook and individual beliefs.

Yes, that's a good idea, truly in altcoin you can gain more than just holding bitcoin and my suggestion is hold a potential altcoin that has a low marketcap. Surely in low marketcap you can gain more than just holding an altcoin that has a big marketcap already.
Yes you are right with that one altcoins is the only key for all of us to increase the size of our Bitcoin holdings unless you've bought Bitcoin when the price was less than $1000 but if not we learn everything about cryptocurrency and to trade it for us to increase our Bitcoin holding size.

HODLers tend not to take profits. It makes more sense to trade cryptocurrency and try to grow their bitcoins or coins.

if you are able to retain the quantity of your bitcoin, that is already substantial.I have tried trading my btc and i ended up having less when i converted it back.

To me Bitcoin is the king of the cryptocurrency market. It's always been my first choice, Bitcoin is always worth investing. Bitcoin is the strongest crytocurrency, it is very popular, there are many investors who hold and trust Bitcoin. Many experts believe that Bitcoin will be stable at the end of this year and reach over $ 20,000. So I will hold Bitcoin long term.

If judging from the risks, it may be too risky to hold them for a long time, because we can not imagine what will happen later, maybe later bitcoin prices are falling. However, If it's seen by what has been experienced by people who holding bitcoin since a few years ago, it seems to be getting huge profits. So this is I think depends on the determination respectively - each.

If you want to grow up the amount of Bitcoin, but without having to enter the realm of altcoin. Just trade BTC/USD and USD/BTC all the time, long and short time. example; buy BTC at $3000, and sell it for $19000. Buy again when the price going down at $6000 and sell again $7000. always going grows up your money and your bag BTC. If you want to hold BTC, try to split the balance. so you can focus at long-term with half of the capital/fund and use half to short-term trade.

Long-term bitcoin investment will have a profit, why do not you forbid it?
Yet bitcoin rises and altcoin also rises, does not that affect the rise and fall of the price is bitcoin?

I think there is nothing wrong holding a bitcoin for a long time, like as of the moment the bitcoin crypto market is facing the low period, therefore you don't want to sell your coin in a loose profit, so you better hold your coin until the market price goes up again, but for how long it will takes, no one can tell.
