Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.
altcoin/token prices mostly depend on bitcoin. If the price of bitcoin increases, it will make the whole market become green. And if dump bitcoin, altcoins will also be dumped along with it.

Anything paired with BTC heavily relies on BTC, most shitcoins though tend to swing along side ETH. Especially ERC20 shitcoins

ERC20 are not coins, shit or not, they are tokens.

Unfortunately, we must admit this statement as altcoins depend on prices of the two most known assets of crypto. Why? Well, they are mostly traded in pairs with these currencies, so it is quite logical (and they are assets most of the traders calculate their losses and profits, too). Plus, most of the time they are very small and totally unknown to the world. Therefore, there must be a way to calculate their value, and as they are not tradable in pairs with fiat, they are paired with BTC and ETH. At the moment, this situation is rather good. But the funny part will take off at the moment when cryptocurrencies will be exchanged in pairs with fiat and crypto will be obtainable by anyone with any computer-based account.

Bitcoin is the market leader and all alts. moves in correlation with it. When there is bear market alts usually decrease even further than BTC as many panic holders selling their alts and buying BTC.

I would say yes... In the last couple of months we see that the most altcoins follow Bitcoin and Ethereum in the value. It changed in last year october or something like that. Before that the altcoins started to boost when BTC went down!

The BTC is the earliest and most valuable electronic currency. ETH has advanced platforms ... Both BTC and ETH are two of the most stable electronic coins in the cryptographic market. These two coins have a broad market and a strong community. The value of the Altcoin on the cryptographic market depends on the price of the BTC and ETH. Especially BTC.

The price of altcoins pretty much depends on BTC because it leads the whole crypto market trend. If BTC drops, altcoins usually drops even more.

The entire crypto-currency market as a whole correlates with Bitcoin, the first and most capitalized financial asset. Such correlation is ensured by the interest of traders and investors in the joint movement of coins in one direction and the availability of common blocks in these platforms.

Yes, the price of altcoins is very much tied to the price of bitcoin. As soon as bitcoin goes down, altcoins also fall sharply. We can use this pattern to make money.

i think all depend on your trade if you put btc in altcoin it will definatly depend on btc price if you put ltc or eth in altcoin it will depend on ltc or eth price, if trade in usdt it will depend on usdt price. because some times in coinmarketcap or exchange we see if btc is -tive the eth price green of the same comodity we have.

Litecoin exchanged noticeably downwards for the later month as much as -22.4% thus this chain may get into a remarkable upward long term development currently.

Of course the price of any altcoin depends on the price of bitcoin and ethereum.
When you change the price of any of these coins, you create conditions under which you can earn money.
Therefore, we see how all the coins most often move in one direction.

Theyre quite correlated, but still some of altcoins might grow, when ETH and BTC goes down
It depends on the news of these projects

yes of course, and it has always been like that, it is not something new.
But it is true that if ethereum goes down, there are some tokens that are not modified because of its little volume

How not to say you are right. Everything is decided by the top three most popular coins. Everything will be cast down while the bitcoat is flying. At the present time, the troubled time will be decided by the giants as aired and bitkoyn.

Yes definitely, if those go down then the alts which can be only traded with them will suffer even more. (most of the time)

Yes most altcoins are dependent on both, they depend on bitcoin since it is the leader of the market and most alts depend on ethereum especially those created above it since they need gas to move so the price of ethereum can affect in a very direct way the performance of those coins, however coins will also move due to internal factors, like a new development in the coin or internal infighting.

I think altcoin depends only on BTC prices, and not on ETH. Even ETH itself, still expect a lot against BTC. Because ETH is still included in the altcoin category. If ETH is not dependent on BTC price then ETH price will not follow crash along with BTC market

Yes indeed, this two is the reference price of all the altcoins, also the other is the neo. When these coins go down, then so as the altcoins in it. The price of the altcoins in terms of btc and eth doesnt change at all. Only the price rate has changed.

The price movements of bitcoin greatly affects alts since bitcoin is the center of crypto economy. Many sell their alts to buy bitcoin it is one factor to be considered why they greatly affect each other..

A price of Altcoin depends on a bitcoin. Even though its pairs of coin trading are in an ethereum, the price of ethereum depends on the price of bitcoin this means that a price of coins also follows the price of bitcoin if it is directed it or not because of trading pairs. These are the reasons why we can see that when the price of bitcoin actually drops, then the prices of most of the other altcoins in a market are beginning to fall as well.
