Mainly it depends on the price of Bitcoin because lot of altcoins are traded with the pair of BTC, so when the price of BTC falls are rises it ultimately affects the price of altcoin.

I'm sure that the price of any coin on the market depends on bitcoin, but I'm not sure that the correlation is also with the ethereum. All the same, the etherium itself depends on bitcoin, but it has some influence, albeit minimal!

Probably depends. Today we saw that bitcoin fell by 3-5%, and alternative coins fell more. People trust bitcoin more than altcoins.

The whole market depends on Bitcoin and ETH. There u can see the majority of altcoins are using ethereum and bitcoin pair and that can become the real reason. The investors are following Bitcoin and its movement.

Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.
Yes, I am also convinced of this in my work. After all, BTC remains a true market leader. Therefore, any of its fluctuations directly affect the prices of other coins. Recently I even conducted a detailed analysis of this trend - my conclusions confirm that the state of almost all altcoins depends on the dynamics of BTC and Ethereum.

Altcoins are mostly traded to Bitcoin or Ethereum and depend very heavily on them. Motions on the market are set by Bitcoin and Ethereum is similar to the altcoin indicator. If the Ether falls in relation to Bitcoin, then it is also very likely that the atkkoins will fall.

I think yes. Altcoin prices are still influenced by bitcoin and ethereum because these two coins are the best crypto with the largest trading volume.
Accurate, and it's a very bad thing in this moment because the association and reliance on bitcoin and eth, altcoin was no longer able to sustain the price it needed, all reactions of bitcoin and eth are very negative, pushing the market down deep bottomless pit. This really makes investors like us passive, we can only wait for positive reactions from bitcoin and eth if we want the market to turn around, this time is a time of crisis with many people, tormented very persistent

Of course the price of any altcoin depends on the price of bitcoin and ethereum.
This is clearly visible on any price chart. especially when there is such a high volatility on the market.
The price chart of a coin is very similar to each other.

Of course, the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum influence on the prices of altcoins. Firstly, it determines USD price of all altcoins as there are usually no direct pair with USD or USDT. Also, when BTC price is falling, the most altcoins are falling, too, because of people sellings.

I think there is connection between BTC/ETH movements and alt coins prices. Crypto has its own market capitalization and eco model. I would like to think that there are coins which are not going to fall with BTC, or even rise

Their price depends more on the one from bitcoin, once bitcoin pumps generally the altcoins start lacking in value compared to btc, that is when their deman starts increasing and so their value does too.

I think only depends on bitcoin, there are times you still see ETH decrease while most of the altcoin increase but this does not happen with bitcoin. Bitcoin has a clear impact on the market and this is not seen in ETH.

you are right, who plays and influence in the ups and downs of prices is bitcoin. where movement can be felt other coin-coin.  While the ethereum has yet to have a major influence to affect shifting other coins.

I think all altcoins that use the btc or ethereum platform are very dependent on the price movements of btc and eth, and can't avoid that

Yes, from my experience I can say exactly - the cost of altcoins really depends to a large extent on the current dynamics of BTC and ETH. If these two major market coins start to fall, then other altcoins are starting to go down. When they are restored, most other altcoins demonstrate positive dynamics

Yes, the cryptocurrency, the blockchain, the holding of ICO trading...it all depends on the father of bitcoin, and then on the smart contract, of course. So we have nothing to do but wait for the growth of bitcoin, so he pulled up the rest of the violas.

The fall and rise of altcoins has a connection to the value of bitcoin. But not all depend on bitcoin because some coins are not affected by its fluctuation.
The market's slump of most altcoins is alarming and their progress is slow.  The birth of many ico is also a cause.
