Like the title says, i almost lost my regular job as a software developer today when my boss reviewed my work. The job has been able to economically provide a comfortable life for me and losing it would really be a big hit to my income. I almost lost it because i spent so much time learning about everything crypto (mining, trading, bounties, etc.).
Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel pretty lucky I was given another chance and want to remind other people that having a regular job is much better than relying on the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Make sure you prioritize your work!
it can be so tempting at times, trying to research about crypto or probably trying to monitor the prizes of bitcoin and you forget you have obligations to your work, but on a more serious note it would have been more rewarding for you if you have lost it because there is far more money to make from cryto currency than one renumeration from a regular job. My school of thought though.

One specific rule that I have pointed out in my life working in the cryptocurrency and also at the regular job, is that you can not allow cryptocurrency take a priority place above your regular job in your life.

I always make formal work as something more important than anything including crypto, this is because formal work ensures life and a definite future, the presence of crypto is as a distraction for investment and can not replace formal work.

Make sure your primary job is a part-time job that earns you more money if you have the time to spend it properly. You will get many problems and the value of your job. have invested in them

If you lost your rock solid regular job, it is a matter of your choice. I don't know if you regret giving up your job because of crypto, anyway, actually, before I got here in this industry I gave up my job under by the government for 7 years of work, but I never regret for what I made a decision of doing crypto currency. Because I believed and saw the potentiality of crypto and I was right about it, and now for two years of being here in this business I bought a brand new house and new car and established also a traditional business because of crypto as my main source of income.

thats sad to hear, but you should have done crypto part time only why? crypto doesn't need to be monitor everyday, you can set sell and buy on exchange you should have not sacrifice your job from this, at the end of the day this is not a full time job unlike your real ones, you can trade after office or even breaktime, you dont need to quit the job, crypto is not like that you need to monitor everyday, im sure you need to look at it from time to time but but like 24 hrs a day, crypto doesn't work like that i tell you

NO i am not because i love my work even if it is so stressful but still i can manage a little time doing cryptocurrency after i take my off from duty and will do bounty program promotions in the house. I am a teacher and as we all know that the work is so hard and stressful but then again i cannot risk my job in doing cryptocurrency so i am more careful on not to take the time in my teaching hours doing cryptocurrency.

Having both is actually better while your just starting in crypto. Using your free time and not your working hours in engaging in cryptocurrency. At the beginning, it is better to have regular jobs and engage in crypto part-time with a full time attitude. Happy earning guys. God bless.

I was lucky so when I have lost my regular job because of sitting in the office studying all this crypto - related stuff. I could dip myself more into world of ICO investments and cryptocurrency trading.

In my own opinion, you should focus on both, instead of focusing on crypto alone, since crypto's price is unstable, we're not sure when our money will come, unlike fixed jobs where you can expect income monthly. Let's say that crypto gives more than your job, but it's not always because you'll experience loss too, so it's important to keep your job instead of focusing or going full time in crypto.

Our recent job is our bread and butter that is why it is important for us, consider crypto as our second lead work, even though our income in our work may not big compare to what bitcoin could offer,

That was two years ago, when crypto was just at the beginning, it still had the space and potential to grow, choosing to focus on crypto and giving up the formal job at that time is probably a reasonable choice but now it is another story. You can not bring the thoughts of past years to apply to the future, it only brings an opposite result, crypto has crossed a long stretch of road, it may have become exhausted, make money from it is too difficult and unstable, we should not trade the years that we contribute to the main work in exchange for this danger

I know a lot of people like you, when the cryptocurrency market went up, many people were intent to leave off their work, but when the cryptocurrency market went down, most of them had losses and they felt remorse for leaving their jobs . I do not think leaving the stable job to come to crypto is a good decision as you still have not earned a decent income from crypto.

I agree with you. I used to be a regular student in school every day, but since I started working on encryption, my normal life has been gone.

Then you should learn from it. It would really be a risk to lose your job for crypto. Though crypto is a big help for our finances, permanent job is still important for is to sustain all our daily needs. You should know how to manage your time to do more tasks at the same time.

Your post should actually serve as a warning to everyone with a regular job. It is strongly advisable and recommended you keep your regular work and be devoted to it, and only use your spare time and weekends for your crypto trading or bounties, or any other crypto activity. The crypto market is very volatile, and you should not 100% rely on it to make a livelihood.

Yes you are right, at the expense of permanent income, it needs to be everyone. Especially in men who feed the family, children. It's important. It is important to understand that you have money for all needs and you have confidence in the future.

I just start to this crypto thing and I think it's already taking all my time. I used to play words with friends on facebook, now I almost forgot it. I don't know this is bad or good, I just hope I can get something from this new "hobby".

I think the fault lies in your personality, I am a worker and I also spend time to recognize more broadly about crypto, it's just that I better manage time and prioritize things that should be the main choice, so my work does not interfere with my hobby to recognize more deeply on cryptocurrency.
