Like the title says, i almost lost my regular job as a software developer today when my boss reviewed my work. The job has been able to economically provide a comfortable life for me and losing it would really be a big hit to my income. I almost lost it because i spent so much time learning about everything crypto (mining, trading, bounties, etc.).
Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel pretty lucky I was given another chance and want to remind other people that having a regular job is much better than relying on the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Make sure you prioritize your work!
In my case, i almost forgot my studies because of crypto. But I still need to focus on my study even if this crypto is helping me alot because there's a secured future after you finish the course that you want. |

In my case, i almost forgot my studies because of crypto. But I still need to focus on my study even if this crypto is helping me alot because there's a secured future after you finish the course that you want. you can do it as side job, and still studying your school.it does not need much time to work as trader or bounty hunter.and people can do this as their side job. |

But at least you understand or have basic software and hardware well from your full time job, in the crypto world it is very necessary, so you can develop it to be better at crypto by mining etc. Crypto world is not 100% promising someone will be successful, but if you are equipped with good knowledge and experience, then I think you can use it to get a good income in the crypto world. Yes, to leave work full time because crypto is not recommended and there are still many out there who do that. Think ahead before taking action. |

My boss saw me from the cctv camera from visiting unauthorized site like Etherdelta. After that I lose their trust so I decided to resign. Lesson learned be honest, love your job.

lol. why did you resign ? i dont think visiting ed or other crypto related sites can cause a trust issue . i mean those sites are not illegal but you shouldnt browse them during work hours because that is really inapropriate and could lead to some seriuos problems . cryptos should not be prioritize if you already have your regular job offline because cryptos cant sustain you a stable and good income in the long run . but if you dont have a job , then foccusing on cryptos is definetly a good idea . |

I agree. Physical job is way more better. It must be yout top priority because that will provide you a much stable income. Cryptos are very volatile hence are unpredictable. If you let this consume your time for your work and for other more important activities, you might regret it. I am not saying that learning stuffs here is okay but do not make it your top priority if you don't want to lose the STABLE things you have now. Not that you are afraid to take risks, but you should know how much risk to take  |

If you let this consume your time for your work and for other more important activities, you might regret it. I am not saying that learning stuffs here is okay but do not make it your top priority if you don't want to lose the STABLE things you have now. Not that you are afraid to take risks, but you should know how much risk to take Yes, keep it balanced and dont go all in to something that you cant control like crypto volatility. If you have a fiat income, then you can buyback some coins or maybe just use it for your life and then you can hold your crypto earning to stay in crypto. |

Yes i do agree on you, investing on cryptocurrency is the reason why there are wealthy gentleman today and you should take advantage while the market prices today is low so you can earn more profit in the future. |

Our job is our needed for our living in this world.We can buy our daily needs, Indeed cryptocurrency is just a part time job.If you have a vacant time you can use it here and to gain money it takes time.Its not like job that you can earn stable monthly.You must take a risk when you entering on crypto.It just the term of Buy,Hold and waiting process. |

Lol you got fired so you decided to go full time trading 😝 well at least that way no ones going to fire you anymore :p but really, if you can hold on to your job and have crypto on the side, that would be a more secure way to make a living. |

i think this is just a matter of setting the time. permanent work is my hobby, as well as cryptocurrency. if i run them both in tandem, so it can run smoothly without one work being defeated
I highly agree with time management is a very essential thing to practice so that you will not be in a rush whenever you are tons of things to do, and I think time management allows you to become kore responsible in every task that you may have and rhe thing is you can be able to make yourself productive in anytime that you will do, although there would be a time that you dont feel like working,just take time to rest and work again and again. |
