Just ordered a 6MH bundle w/ PSU from you Hashra (order #241). You should really start your own thread instead of this one debating if you are scamming people. This isn't a good place to earn positive PR or boost customer confidence.

Has anyone received product from Hashra or is this their first round of equipment from Gridseed?

Your bang on right sir… Official thread coming soon!

Quick question, is the Wiibox controller still in Chinese?  I recall seeing screenshots of an early version of this and the WebUI for the Wiibox was all Chinese...

Status update (Latest in Bold):
2/23/14-Ordered (order #241)
2/25/14-I checked my credit card balance and the payment has been processed on my end.  There was also an additional $49.89 "international service fee" which I assume is a Visa thing. I sent an email requesting an estimated shipping date.
2/25/14-Got a friendly reply that reiterated the 7 day credit card policy.  They also confirmed that they would send a tracking number as soon as it shipped.  I replied to their message saying they should start a new thread instead of using this one.
2/26/14-Received another message agreeing that this thread isn't the best place for business.  Simon says they are working on setting up an official thread pretty soon.  He finished up with an apology about the credit card wait time (not that I was complaining) and said that if I had any questions, to get in touch with him.
3/2/14-It has now been 7 days since I placed my order.  I sent a message yesterday (3/2) asking for the tracking number.  No reply yet as of today (3/3).

Stay tuned

thanks rwo,

Please ignore my PM, sent it after you already posted here.

Interesting that you were able to purchase on Feb 16th, they weren't available from the website during that time, they only popped back up on the 23rd. How did you manage that? Or were those non grid seed orders?

Good luck. Hopefully they get onto of their orders and start notifying customers regarding their status. With as many scams as there are out there, its always unsettling when vendors aren't more responsive... They should know better.

My first order was in batch 1... later they got hold of some extra units that then was offered to current customers but not on public sale.

If this is of any help, I ordered on 24.2 and received a confirmation that they'll ship my order between 6.3-13.3 - I asked about the one week delay between payment and shipment, but didn't yet receive any reply.. But they do state this on their website as well (that delivery time is from 3 to 14 days after payment (http://hashra.com/shipping/)).. I was also told they'll contact me when closer to the shipping date, so far haven't heard anything, but there's still time..

Status update (Latest in Bold):
2/23/14-Ordered via CC (order #241)
3/4/14-No replies yet, so I sent another email to Simon asking for a tracking number.  I'm going to try the squeaky wheel approach.  Being busy is no excuse for a lack of communication.  Especially when it says this on their website (link):
"You will be kept up to date regularly with your order and we will send you all the information you need regarding how to set up the miners or provide any software needed before your miners arrive.
We will provide detailed instructions on setting up the miner and will support you via email and Skype to make sure you are completely set up and get up and hashing as quickly as possible once you have received your miners."

I've asked twice now for the "detailed instructions" with no response.  I started out happy with them, but am getting pretty nervous.  It's been almost a week since I've heard from them.

Stay tuned

Glad to hear you got some answers. How did you pay and when? The shipping window seems pretty large. Their website says that receiving orders should only take over 14 days in extreme circumstances. I was expecting my order by the end if this week or early next week. Has anyone gotten any set up details? Has the hub portal been translated to English?

I dont understand these chinese companies selling ASICs. They have the oppurtunity to earn tens of thousands of dollar profit by just being a professional company that replies to emails and support calls.

For just 1000 RMB (128$) you can hire a Chinese for a month. Hire 3 of them that can also speak English and for less than 500$ you can have a professional customer service.
