I'm having problem with sending SAT, if I send more then 2,000,000 at a time I get "transaction creation failed" so I can only send less then 2kk at a time.

Plus the transaction fee for every 2kk is 375 SAT, isn't that too much?

Create a website which permits to give a tip for anything to anybody.

For example : Mr random_guy wants to thank a basketball player who did a very good match. He goes on that website, he creates an adress that can only be used by this particular man, and give him, say 100 SAT, and add a comment like "thank you for this great match on february the 1st". Let's say he can decide how long this amount stays on this adress too (it can be forever, or just for one week, whatever).

Anyone can come on this site and check if he has won a bounty, if he provides his name and a proof of ID.

Basically, it's something like a tipping social network. It could be used on Facebook, on twitter, on spotify, myspace... It would be like a "real" +1
