I downloaded the wallet for windows, but it is not syncing? I've had it up for about 2 hours now.

Go to start, type run, type %appdata% click on the folder roaming, scroll too penguincoin, then add the .conf file there. Call it penguincoin.conf - add the information you have. then save, re-open the wallet, wait and let it sync
