Hi, today has been my account hacked and all khs have been sold for 0. I try contact support via ticket but without response. Also I can't send message via chat.
Can somebody help me?
I sent a ticket today 0:30 and 10:00 support responded. My suggestion is to do the same. Include your registered phone number on the site. i'll try but i doubt.. They needed 2 days to delete my ticket. I got no answer, but it took 2 days that they processed it. So pe patient. Maybe if you write it now, it will get answered some days later. But now it's important to save all selling and buying logs. Periodically they get cleaned and you cannot prove anything then... how? are screenshots enough? |

All khs have been sold for 220satoshi.. |

All khs have been sold for 220satoshi.. So you have the BTC from the sales? Most likely you logged into a phishing site or you have a keylogger on you computer. However for someone to sell your KHS they would need both your password and PIN. You were using a PIN, right? EDIT: When did these sales occur? There haven't been any sales at 220 satoshi captured in June. sccstats.com |

I suspect the problems are at blockchain.info and not at Scrypt.cc. When look at the Hotwallet, you can see the last 10 hours no transaction was confirmed. It is therefore unnecessary to write tickets. It is not the fault of Scrypt.cc. Blockchain.info has also tweeted that there were problems with the database (and may still). https://twitter.com/blockchain |

I think it will be deposited to your account soon because there is an unconfirmed transaction in the deposit wallet yeah thats a unconfirmed that is leaving my deposit account. I've been with them for some time now, no hickup's hope this has to do with blockchain.info. Hope the world now sees that we need more explorers I suspect the problems are at blockchain.info and not at Scrypt.cc. This was the answer I had the Blockchain Hello, Any unconfirmed transactions will either eventually confirm or be rejected. When sending a transaction, including a fee of at least 0.0001 bitcoin will almost always assure that it gets confirmed faster. If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Blockchain.info has no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network itself.
