we should consider that these are startups, they shouldn't need more than the softcap in most cases, 'fund to kick off'. Most of the 2017 high price have been discovered to be scam and worth peanuts. Some never gave investors any opportunity to get profit for such a huge investment. We see most IEO with such low marketcap and dont consider to control their gut. Except for cases of scam with careful research, low cap crowdfund should be encouraged.

ICOs are gradually becoming a bad investment, like these days, people wait for it to be listed before buying because they know the price will crash terribly. I think the crypto space is becoming very unfriendly for icos unlike 2017 where anything sells.
I wonder why people are still choosing ICO over IEO for investment when they know that buying ICO tokens at presale is wasting of money because 99% of ICO tokens loses value after listed on exchanges, buying on exchanges when value is deprecating is the best choice

The best guide to invest in either ICO or IEO is
1. Do not buy ICO tokens instantly until they are listed on exchanges, they always loss value once they enter the market and almost all available ICO projects are already in huge loss due to present market

2. all ICO projects ive seen are based on erc20 tokens which means that if ETH keeps losing value they will keep losing value as well, they are entirely based on ETH value movement

3.IEO so far as shown that getting in when presales is ongoing is the best because they will surely add value after they get listed on exchanges unlike ICO that loses value after listed on exchanges, pick IEO from big exchanges to invest in

If they have a solid projections even they only have low-budget funding, it can proceed and make things possible. It's all about the team that will introduce the project and achieve whatever they are planning to gain from this market, those good developers should plan well before proceeding and introducing their works with or without any big funds. If they are willing to push it forward and there's real use of their works, then it will happen anyway.

Why then IEOs are not cheap at all, especially those that were held on Binance? Nobody is complaining about x5 made on Matic at the moment, because ICOs are trash right now and nobody is investing because they are just unprofitable.

It is better that during ICO the prices of the main coins remain unchanged. This is primarily due to the fact that the developers, preparing their ICO, calculate the amount of dollars necessary for fees, which they need to implement their project. And if at the beginning of ICO 1000 Ethereum can cost $ 200,000, then in the end, due to the price drop, it can be $ 100,000. And this is half as much.

You do not try to take advantage of every coin that you see selling low, because you never can tell what will happen. Well, the best thing you should do is to always do your research before investing. Also, the risk involved in investing is also inevitable. However, do what you enjoy best and you will gradually learn what you should and achieve your aim if you do not give up.

Whether you like the fact that coins prices drop during the bear market or not relies upon what are the kinds of methodology that you are utilizing, a few people will purchase some cryptocurrencies at a very cheap price and will hang tight for it to recuperate some will rather remain along the edge and screen first before he make the following move.
Personally i dont panic buy or sell, i choose a strategy to follow in any market condition and sometimes i may adapt my Approach

Only those who's buying when market drops are happy. If you bought high market drops, it's natural to be sad about it. Most coins selling low maybe due to exchange delisting or a possible negative news on the projects part buying coins that dropped low in price requires caution.

Obviously, in buying coins, we must also be careful, because there are coins that are not feasible to buy even though they are already very cheap, and there are also coins that when experiencing price declines, it is difficult to go up again.

I don't really believe that the market conditions make ICO costlier it cheaper . Real projects with ambition anyway look for the funds that they need to make the project take off , so the amount in terms of USD remains the same.
