1. Do not buy ICO tokens instantly until they are listed on exchanges,they always loss value once they enter the market and almost all available ICO projects are already in huge loss due to present market

2. all ICO projects ive seen are based on erc20 tokens which means that if ETH keeps losing value they will keep losing value as well,they are entirely based on ETH value movement

If they have a solid projections even they only have low-budget funding, it can proceed and make things possible.
